摘要

Employee performance evaluation is an important aspect of human resources management. The study analyzed the performance development review (PDR) system in the hotels in China by using Guangzhou Shangri-La Hotel as a case. The in-depth analysis was from three aspects of employee evaluation (i.e., design, implementation and utilization). Implications and recommendations for hotel human resource managers and hotel practitioners and leaders in China were discussed.
