Study on Style Protection and Urban Traffic Planning of Harbin JingyuStreet

摘要

The local and regional traffic problems of Harbin’s Jingyu Street arernanalyzed. Because of the traffic, business functions are restricted. Two trafficrnmodes are proposed: complete protection and restricted protection.rnConsideration must be given to the protection and redevelopment of Jingyu Street.rnEvaluation factors for traffic improvement schemes for a style protection districtrnare discussed. These are based on three indexes: land zone, style protection,rnand traffic access degree. A fuzzy evaluation method to appraise schemes isrnpresented which discusses experiences for protecting a traditional style protectionrndistrict.
