The development of the large-scale telescope building is pressingly putting the question of the 5-Th generation supertelescope development with 25m diameter primary mirrow, having penetrating ability about 29 magnitude. The volume of information obtained on the supertelescope, will allow to expand the idea about the Universe origin and evolution greatly. On the basis of the system analysis of the technical and explotation requirements, and also the trends of the modern optical building, the main problems have been formulated concerning the question of the 25m class supertelescope development, and the ways of their solution as well the concept and the variant of the supertelescope construction have been proposed, that combine a number of original schematic, constructive and technological solutions with the application of linear adaptive methods and devices. The ground-based adaptive supertelescopes of the given concept have unique possibilities in the field of the fundamental researches. They decrease withdraw the acuteness of the problem solution, connected also with the necessity of space telescope development, and they save large sums of money as well.
