EFFECT OF SEDIMENT GRADING ON MORPHODYNAMICS

A depth-averaged, coastal, morphodynamic model has been applied to a realrnsituation. The model was operated in both uniform and graded sediment modes forrnhypothetical tidal and wave conditions. A comparison of the resulting morphodynamicsrnindicated that sediment grading significantly affects the bed level changes.
