The Growth and Morphology Investigation of Nano Al/Pb Alloy

摘要

Al/Pb alloy as one of the traditional immiscible alloys has been investigated by different method for quite a long time. In this article, Miedema theory was used to design homogeneous mixed alloy ingredient, and magnetron sputtering was used to prepare the alloy. SEM and HRTEM suggests that the alloy was consisted of nano particles with its size around 5nm, and the particles are well distributed. And the main reason for the emergency of noncrystal in alloy with positive enthalpy can be concluded from the work, which is the stress distortion in the interface session.
