The service life of emulsion increased 4 times of its original service life after the treatment of two-level vertical magnetization, oxygenation and adsorption-filtration. A great amount of emulsion is saved and the production of waste emulsified water is decreased; The optimal condition for electro-coagulation of the waste emulsion is that, polar plate spacing is 10 mm, amperage 5mA/cm 2 , time 30 min. After treatment, the COD of the effluent is 860mg/L, NO2 -180mg/Land pH value 9.2. The effluent can be reused to prepare new emulsion and the performance of the emulsion meets GB6114-85 criterion. As for the treatment of waste emulsion by chemical coagulation process, PAC+PAM and the acidic AlCl3 wastewater are selected as the best coagulants and the optimal coagulating condition is pH value 6.0-7.5,PAC 2g/L, PAM 20mg/L and the acid AlCl3 wastewater 18ml/L. The effluent can not be used to make up new emulsion. The coagula formed from 1 L waste emulsified water is treated by adding 12ml concentrated HCl, 16 ml oil is reclaimed and the rest mixture can be reused treat the waste emulsified water.
