随着温度升高,LED的失效率会大大增加,而且光衰会加剧、寿命也会缩短,因此热设计是LED灯具结构设计中的一个不可忽略的环节.在汽车前照灯的工作模式下,由于LED自身工作温度较低以及汽车自身的特殊性,在传导、对流和辐射三种传热方式中,热传导是起主要作用的.本文通过分析及实际测验,开发了一种适用于LED汽车前照灯的散热片模型.%As the temperature increases,the failure rate of LED will greatly increase,its lumen maintenance will increase,and its life will be shortened.Therefore,thermal design is a non-negligible part of the LED lighting design.In the automotive headlamp working mode,because of the lower LED operating temperature and the car's own characteristics,among the three heat conduction ways (the conduction,convection and radiation),heat transfer plays a major role.Based on the analysis and the actual test,a LED headlamp for the heat sink model was developed.
