摘要

Aiming at the problem of poor lighting condition and high energy consumption of troditional Halogen Headlamps,proposed a design scheme by using the low power of 25W xenon element group as the lighting system of low beam lights.In the case of xenon light group of Brilliance V5 models,by choosing the parameters of light source,shield and lens,designing the ellipsoids reflector cup and using the ASAP to make a lighting simulation to realize the development and design of the xenon element group.Finally,make a check analysis of PAS element actual lighting simulation and contrast of sample piece night vision.Come to a conculution that the vehicle equipped with the disigned low power of 25W xenon element group has the better lighting effect,which contributes to improve the security of driving.
