摘要

With the deepening of study and technical development of high-pressure water jet, the high-pressure rotary water jet has obtained wide application due to its higher operating efficiency. Rotary jet means the two-dimensional rotary motion of the high-pressure water jet under the action of reactive thrust of water jet itself or forced drive of external force, it avoids the shortcomings of small striking area of cylindrical nozzle jet and small striking force of sectional nozzle jet. In this paper the numerical simulation of high-pressure rotary jet field and the mathematic model of rotary jet field based on this are introduced, which is helpful to explain the damage mechanism on workpieces during the high-pressure water jet operation and provides a theoretical basis for better application of high-pressure water jets.
