Estimation of Chinese Rice Process and Development Tendency of Technical Improvmeent

摘要

This thesis consisted of four parts:the analysis of chinese rice producing situations, the process technologies and estimation of ecnomic benefit, the rice process difference between china and abroad and the way to improve eguipment and technologies which included the guiding idea of chinese rice process for these years, market--requirmenets. producing situations and scientific analysis of process technology, it studied the relationship between the technological process and equipments and chinese economic developments. The thesis indicated that the reason about defect was unbalanced economic development and guiding idea limited by self--supporting economy.
