The eutrophication of water had become more and more serious in China.How to control the water bloom and eutrophication effectively has become a global problem in the field of water environment.It is believed that the allelochemicals extracted from advanced plant can inhibit the bloom of algal in a safe and effective way.In this paper,the ethyl acetate was used as organic solvent to extracte allelochemicals,which were applied to the inhibit research of Chlorella pyrenoidosa,from lab-made poplar APMP effluents.The extraction yield of organic solvent on the poplar APMP effluents was 510mg/L,and the GC-MS analysis technology was used to analyze the ingredients of extractions,which were mainly including organic acids,amines,ketones and esters.The organic acids account was about more than 50%,and some ketones,amines,esters were followed,which four substances standed over 90%.In addition,the extracted organic compounds in this experiment were all the more common types of chemical substances.The allelochemicals were applied to the Chlorella pyrenoidosa for algae inhibition research,and the dose(1,5,10,50,75,100,200mg/L)of allelochemicals which extracted from self-made effluents was studied in this paper,furthermore,the trend was found that low doses to promote and high-dose to inhibit or even to kill directly.The inhibition rate was more than 85%,and the allelochemicals with high concentration has a significant killing effect on algal.This report proved that it is a feasible way to extracte allelochemicals with ethyl acetate from poplar APMP pulping effluents is feasible,in other words,the study on algae inhibition effect showed that the substances extracted from the APMP effluents have allelopathic effects on algal.
