Research on 3D CAD System of Switches

摘要

A 3D CAD system of switches is developed in the paper based on Windows, Mechanical Desktop, Visual C~(++) and 3DS. A set of 3D parts drawing library of switches has been developed. The library has the functions of driving in dimensions and drawing in parameters. A new 3D parts drawing which may directly be used in design of the new product can be obtained only properly modify sizes and adjust structure. We also developed some commonly 3D drawing modeling by parameter and simulating system, such as: any relative type of 3D springs and its design calculating. Moreover, developed several types of 3D curved modeling by parameter, such as: helicoid, parabola, involute etc., and an assemble CAPP of switches. By means of software provided by CAD system, the information of the modeling design can be extracted, arranged, processed, transformed, storage and output, so that the design effect and ability can greatly be unproved.
