Dispersion resistance value of a grounding electrode is the proportion between grounding electrodernpotential and the current which pass through and is dispersing in the ground. Irrespective of the usedrnmeasurment method, for establish resistance value, two auxiliary electrodes are necessary, one forrnclosing the measurment current I (A or PA electrode) which is dispersed from electrode P in thernground and another one for voltage measurment on the grounding electrode (well S). As a rule, forrnmeasurment, an artificial current circuit through grounding electrode must be created. To accomplishrnthis thing an auxiliary groundig electrode is used, fixed on a certain distance from the electrode tornmeasure, and a current source to connect the two electrodes.Dispersion resistance measurment inrntelecommunication insallations is made using the three electrodes method ?DES 62%" described inrngreat detail in this paper.
