This paper analysis the development and research of ITS inrnChina and abroad, summarize the characteristic, pattern andrnexperience, and discuss the characteristic, similarities andrndifferences of China. According to the situation of our country, thisrnpaper proposals the developing stratagem, and emphasizes thernessentiality to establish authority machinery, consultation committeernand so on. At present, the most important things is improvingrntransportation control system and manage system, to base for thernresearch and experiment on ITS.
