摘要

Pulsed laser ablation (PLA) on Zr plate in TEOS was employed to fabricate C-Si-H signified ZrO_2 nanocondensates and a high-pressure ZrSiO_4 phase. The ZrO_2 particles with relatively large size were relaxed to have ambient cell parameters and vulnerable to t→m transformation whereas the ones less than 10 nm in size were ca. 10% densified to retain the cubic (c) and t-symmetry.
