Organisations need to adopt Change in order to become more adaptable to the demands of the market. Change adds capability to the Organisations for conducting business. However, this should not be at the cost of unwanted disruption to its current workings. Hence, to confidently adopt Changes, appropriate Change Analysis techniques have to be adopted. Currently, most of the Change Analysis is on operational processes. Although this is relevant, it does not provide full analysis as it misses the important consideration of the impact of the Change on existing Organisational Perspectives. Without considering Perspectives, the Change could potentially become useless or of hindrance to the Organisation. Seldom, the consideration of Organisational Perspectives are undertaken, mainly due to the non-existence of any Methods to facilitate this. In this Paper, a Method to Analyse Changes based on Perspectives, is presented as PCR Analysis. Through an example, the Method is explained.
