PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and efficiently provide a user with information of an influence of an installation layout change in an entering/leaving management system.;SOLUTION: An information processing device executes the processing of: reading from a storage unit layout information of devices constituting an entering/leaving management system for a predetermined area; accepting from an input unit a change scenario in a layout of the entering/leaving management system; collating a change content with a product information table in which function information is stored, specifying a candidate device having a function satisfying a requirement of the change content to display an addition of the candidate device to a place requiring the change or display a replacement at the place requiring the change if the change scenario indicates the addition or change of a device and the like, or deleting a device at the place requiring the change if the designated information indicates deletion of a device and the like, and displaying a result as a change configuration plan on an output unit; and applying operating conditions on the change configuration plan to the function information of the devices in the product information table, simulating behavior of the device operating under the operating condition, and outputting a result of the simulation while the change configuration plan is displayed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
