Delivery of set of message as content from one node points to different connected nodes of a network system may show different types of result during delivering period. When a message is send from a central nodes to different nodes, then the message may be fully delivered, partially delivered or not delivered. During partial delivering of message there is no specific rule how much volume of message is delivered. So, study of fuzzy mathematics exists during partial delivered of message as there exist some comparable study of partial delivered of message. From the fuzzy set theory of view point, if message is fully delivered it is assigned a value 1; if it is not delivered it is assigned a value 0 and if it is partially delivered then values is assigned with value in open interval (0, 1). In this paper it is tried to study delivery of message with respect to fuzzy theory. It is also tried to study that different factors like Time, distance and Network's combination can be used to manage during delivery of message. In this paper, it is tried to study the cases of delivery of message by using technical approach of fuzzy mathematics that can be applied to a content distribution network.
