摘要

This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for distribution networks' disaster vulnerability,illustrated by the case of lightning to help the decision-makers operate the differential planning for distribution networks against disasters scientifically.This paper is divided into three parts: first of all,detail analysis is made to establish an evaluation indicators system of distribution networks' lightning vulnerability; second,expound the method of calculating the Lightning Vulnerability of local distribution network by Group Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),and the principle on networks' planning zoning against lightning; finally,in the planning example of a distribution network,results shows that,it is able to assess the networks' lightning vulnerability by the proposed method,which provides a quantitative reference when operating differential planning against disasters.
