We have manufactured large-area organic transistor act ive matrix using printing technologies. With integrating printed stretchable wirings as carbon-nanotube based elastic conductors and the printed transistor active mat rices, rubber-like stretchable active matrix and integral ed circuits have been manufactured for applications to next generation's ambient-electronics/human interfaces. The stretchable devices can spread over arbitrary curv ed surfaces including free-formed curvatures and mova ble parts, thereby significantly expand where electronic devices can be used around human daily-life.
