Synthesis of Ba_(1-x)Eu_xSi_2O_2N_2 and its Luminescent Properties

摘要

The nitride and nitridosilicate phosphors which are well known as phosphor materials for white LEDs were reported that have high luminescent properties and thermal stability. In this paper, Ba_(1-x)Eu_xSi_2O_2N_2 was prepared by simple process under the reduction atmosphere. Ba_(1-x)Eu_xSi_2O_2N_2 phosphors show two main luminescent peaks at 495 nm and 590 nm. Consequently, these two phosphors and a green phosphor are possible to apply to white LEDs with high CRI values.
