Hepatic portal cholangiocarcinoma, also called Klatskin Cancer, was alwaysassosicated with low resectability because of the complexity of anatomical location.hlRecently, the incidence of this disease is becoming higher, but the ratio of resectabilityincreased from 10% in 1987 to 64.1% owing to the improvement in operation skill.tz} Wehave handled 70 cases of hepatic portal cholangiocarcinoma from 2004 to 2007, and in thisstudy we will analyze the clinical character of this decease.
