摘要:After a 4-year construction and production preparation period, the OY furnace of Bayi steel is put into pro-duction in Jun 4, 2016 ,10:16AM. It is the first application of grain steel, instead of DIR and also combining coke and crosstie so that it could blow in smoothly. It initiates a new drying-out and blow-in mode and puts the emphasis on the decreasing of silicon content of hot metal, the improvement of shaft furnace metallization ratio and ensuring the system could run steadily. The direction of later period is explicit further.%八钢欧冶炉经过四年建设期及生产准备期,于2015年6月18日10:16分点火开炉,首次采用粒钢代替DIR,用焦炭加枕木方式,实现了欧冶炉顺利开炉,开创了全新的欧冶炉烘炉、开炉模式。开炉后重点围绕铁水降硅、提高竖炉金属化率、确保系统稳定运行开展工作。进一步明确了欧冶炉的工作方向。
摘要:OY furnace top gas treatment adopts dry dedusting system to achieve gas thermal recovery, water-saving and electricity-saving. In this paper, the operation condition of dry bag dust collection system is analyzed. This paper introduces the practice in order to reduce the production cost of OY furnace using compressed air instead of air nitrogen and oxygen.
摘要:文章介绍了八钢欧冶炉(COREX)炼铁工艺中设计应用的余压回收发电装置(TRT)。COREX炼铁工艺特点之一是产生大量高压力、高热值的煤气。结合工艺特点,通过合理设备选型,优化工艺流程,解决顶煤气压力控制以及工厂压力的控制和控制交接问题,使欧冶作业率不受TRT影响,实现TRT发电量最大化。%This paper introduces the gas pressure recovery turbine system ( TRT) of OY furnace. One of the characteris-tics of COREX furnace is to produce a large number of high-pressure and high heat value gas. Combining with technolog-ical features, it chooses reasonable equipment, optimizes the process and solves the problem of the top gas pressure con-trol and factory pressure control as well as the handover so as to make the operation rate of OY furnace not be affected and achieve maximize TRT power generation.

摘要:Based on the production practice of OY furnace, starting from the characteristics of the shaft furnace process parameters, twice hanging in the shaft furnace is analyzed. With regard to the impact on gasification furnace conditions and the entire system, measures that should be adopted to avoid hanging as well as be applied after this are proposed.%通过炉欧冶炉况生产实践,从竖炉工艺参数的表征现象等入手,对这二次竖炉悬料进行分析。针对竖炉悬料后对气化炉炉况及整个系统的影响,提出在以后生产操作中预防悬料及发生悬料后应采取的措施。
摘要:八钢欧冶炉在开炉后和罗泾COREX炉不同,入气化炉主要原燃料为焦炭,由气化炉进入热旋风除尘器的粉尘焦粉含量较多,有部分小颗粒的焦丁。开炉后期出现堵塞情况,并造成粉尘线跳机。文章对粉尘线运行状况及异常情况进行了分析,并提出了预防措施。%OY furnace of Bayi steel is different from Luojing COREX furnace after blow on, and the main fuel of gasi-fication furnace is coke. The content of dust coke powder from the gasification furnace into the hot cyclone dust collector is more, and the dust coke content with partly granulated coke, during the last period of blowing on the emergence of con-gestion leads to the case that the dust line jumped. In this paper, the operation status and abnormal situation of dust line are analyzed, and the preventive measures are put forward.
摘要:COREX炉以粒煤为主燃料的生产工艺无法消除出铁后期二次铁流问题,只有通过工艺优化,改善气化炉透气性,加入适当比例的块焦,提升炮泥质量,优化开铁口操作、气化炉铁口和炉缸设计的改进措施,可解决二次铁流问题。八钢欧冶炉通过工艺改进,随焦比提升,有利于铁口的维护。文章介绍八钢欧冶炉解决二次铁流的实践过程。%The problem of the secondary molten iron appeared at the later period of tapping could not be eliminated by COREX production technology using grain coal as main fuel. The problem will be solved through optimizing the process, improving permeability of gasifier, adding appropriating proportion of coke, enhancing the quality of stemming, optimizing taphole operation and improving taphole and hearth design. Through improving process and upgrading coke rate, taphole is well maintained. This paper introduce the production practice of OY furnace solving the problem of secondary molten iron.
摘要:The complex working face causes a great loss and dilution to ore because of its complexity in the stripping process. In Cihai Iron mine, from west of V exploration line mostly belong to complex working face, so in order to reclaim ore well, the methods of mining and stripping towards complex working face are improved.%矿山复杂工作面由于其复杂性在采剥过程中给矿石造成很大的损失和贫化。磁海铁矿自Ⅴ号勘探线以西的工作面基本全部属于复杂工作面,为了更好地回收矿石,通过研究分析,对复杂工作面的采剥方式进行了改进。

摘要:通过对欧冶炉热解焚烧处理城市生活垃圾同传统垃圾焚烧炉工艺进行对比,利用欧冶炉热解焚烧处理城市生活垃圾,具有二次污染小,无害化彻底,资源化利用程度高等优势。通过欧冶炉配加污泥球工业试验,其工艺流程能满足热解焚烧城市生活垃圾生产过程控制和生产组织需要,并且不需要增加新的工程基建投资,具有可处理多样形态生活垃圾特点。%By comparing pyrolysis incineration MSW by OY furnace with traditional incinerator, it could be found that pyrolysis incineration MSW by OY furnace has several advantages:low secondary pollution, complete innocuity disposal and high degree of resource utilization. Based on the results of industrial test that adding sludge balls into OY furnace can achieve the process control and production organization of MSW incineration. Also, it does not need to increase invest-ment of capital construction, to handle various morphological MSW.
摘要:文章介绍了新建半连轧工字钢万能轧机生产线的工艺布置、设备性能参数,重点介绍了在部分设备利旧条件下,轧制极限规格产品在孔型设计上存在的实际问题及改进后的效果。结合生产实践探讨了轧件在粗轧道次、万能孔型中的变形规律、控制要点。介绍了针对影响轧制稳定性所采取的一些改进措施。%This paper introduces the new semi- continuous I-beam universal section rolling production line in terms of process layout and equipment performance parameters. It focuses on the practical issues in the interest of the old part of the equipment condition about rolling pass design product specification limits on the presence and the effects after im-provement. Combined with practical applications, the rolling in the roughing passes, the deformation and controlling es-sentials of the universal pass are discussed. Some improved measures that affect the stability of rolling are adopted.
