摘要:
采用非熔化极气体保护焊(TIG)进行熔覆堆焊,研究Ni3Al及Ni3Al+Cr3C2金属间化合物基金属粉芯焊丝在45#钢、304不锈钢、42CrMo合金钢、4Cr14Ni14W2Mo耐热不锈钢基板上的熔覆层组织和性能.结果表明:(1)Ni3Al+Cr3C2熔覆后的平均稀释率(34.55%)低于Ni3Al熔覆后的平均稀释率(42.8%);(2)采用纯Ni3Al金属粉芯焊丝堆焊后的熔覆层主要为单一的γ'-Ni3Al相,采用Ni3Al+Cr3C2时,熔覆层主要由γ'-Ni3Al相MC型及M23C6型碳化物组成;(3)Ni3Al+Cr3C2熔覆层的显微硬度显著高于纯Ni3Al熔覆层;(4)采用Ni3Al、Ni3Al+Cr3C2金属粉芯焊丝在4种实验基板上熔覆,焊道冶金结合良好、润湿良好,堆焊后缺陷少,堆焊层硬度高于母材,能够用于相关材料表面增强熔覆.

摘要:
采用第一性原理方法研究了Ni3Al1-xVx(x=0-0.4)的力学性质,发现当V含量为0.1时,Ni3 Al1-x Vx的块体模量、剪切模量、杨氏模量和硬度都出现极大值,因此V掺杂对于Ni3 Al力学性能的提升具有重要作用.另外,还研究了不同压强下Ni3 Al0.9 V0.1的吉布斯自由能、焓、熵、热容等热力学性质随温度的变化关系,结果表明:在高温高压条件下,Ni3 Al0.9 V0.1的吉布斯自由能、焓、熵、定压热容都出现明显变化.通过计算Ni3 Al0.9 V0.1的体膨胀系数,发现压强对于Ni3 Al0.9 V0.1的体膨胀效应具有明显的抑制作用.

摘要:
基于Ni3Al金属间化合物的优异抗氧化性及高温力学性能,提出了Ni3Al基金刚石工具的结合剂体系和制备方法,研究了Ni3Al结合剂中添加B和Ni-Cr合金对工具力学性能和微观结构的影响.实验结果表明,在纯Ni3 Al中添加0.1%的B可以明显提高金刚石工具的硬度和抗弯强度;而随着Ni-Cr合金含量的增加,金刚石工具的硬度和抗弯强度也随之增加.

摘要:
采用3Ni-Al体系通过真空热压法制备出铁基表面Ni_3Al金属间化合物涂层,研究了3Ni-Al体系的反应过程、涂层的微观结构和相组成、界面形貌及涂层性能。研究结果表明:3Ni-Al体系在真空热压过程中能完全反应,在Fe基体表面原位形成Ni_3Al金属间化合物涂层。涂层组织纯净、致密,与Fe基体之间形成良好的冶金结合。Ni_3Al涂层的硬度显著高于Fe基体的硬度,约为400 HV左右。

摘要:
本文先以Ni粉和Al粉为原料,采用机械合金化法合成Ni3Al粉末,再采用粉末冶金法,经1 485°C真空烧结1h后制备出Cr3C2含量不同的Ni3Al粘结TiC基金属陶瓷.研究表明,Ni3Al粘结TiC基金属陶瓷由TiC陶瓷晶粒和Ni3Al粘结相组成,且TiC陶瓷晶粒通常具有芯/环结构.当Cr3C2含量为6%时,具有白芯的小陶瓷晶粒数量明显增多,同时具有黑芯的陶瓷晶粒中白色内环较完整.金属陶瓷的硬度和抗弯强度随着Cr3C2含量增加呈先升高后下降的趋势,断裂韧性随着Cr3C2含量增加先升高随后下降,然后略有上升再下降.当Cr3C2含量为2%时,金属陶瓷具有良好的综合力学性能.%Ni powder and Al powder were used to synthesize Ni3Al powder by mechanical alloying,and then Ni3Albonded TiC-based cermets with various Cr3C2 content were prepared by powder metallurgy route,including sintering under vacuum at 1 485°C for 1 h.The research shows that the Ni3Al-bonded TiC-based cermets are composed of TiC cermet grains and Ni3Al binder phase,and the TiC cermet grains generally exhibit core-rim structure.When Cr3C2 content is 6wt.%,the number of the fine cermet grains with white core increases,and moreover white inner rim in the cermet grains with black core becomes more complete.The hardness and transverse rupture strength of the cermets firstly increase and then decrease with the increase of Cr3C2 content.The fracture toughness of the cermet firstly increases and then decreases,followed by slightly increases and decreases with the increase of Cr3C2 content.When Cr3C2 content is 2.0wt.%,the Ni3Al-bonded TiCbased cermets have good mechanical properties.

摘要:
Great progress has been made on the use of Ni3Al to replace the binder phase cobalt in conventional cemented carbides.The key to produce high quality cemented carbide is to improve the precision control of carbon content.In this paper,the total carbon content of cemented carbide powder with Ni3Al as binder phase was measured by combustion gas volumetric method with the traditional YHC-86 type high carbon analyzer.Experimental conditions such as reagent for improving the melting effect,sample melting temperature,oxygen flow rate of combustion analysis and absorption of mixed gas compression speed were investigated.The optimum analysis conditions are summarized as follows:there is no need to add reagents to promote melting,the furnace temperature is controlled to be 1 250 °C to 1 300 °C,the oxygen flow rate is 400 ml/min,sample burning time is 3 min ± 10 s,mixed gas absorption rate is 14~18 s.Under this condition,the accuracy of WC-Ni-Al sample analysis is good,the standard deviation of repeated measurement is 0.013%,the relative standard deviation is 0.29%,and the carbon recovery rate is 98.70%~ 100.78%.%硬质合金以Ni3Al替代传统硬质合金中的粘结相Co的研究已取得较大进展,提高主成份碳含量的精确控制是制取优质硬质合金的关键.本文用传统的YHC-86型高碳测定仪,采用燃烧-气体容量法检测以Ni3Al为粘结相的硬质合金粉末中的总碳含量.对助熔剂用量、样品熔融温度、燃烧分析时间及氧气流量,混合气体的吸收速度等工作条件进行实验,总结出最佳的分析条件:在不加助熔剂的条件下,控制炉子温度为1 250~1 300°C,氧气流量为400..450 ml/min,样品燃烧时间为3 min±10 s,混合气体吸收速度为14~18 s.在该条件下WC-Ni-AL样品分析精度良好,重复测量的标准偏差为0.013%,相对标准偏差为0.29%,碳量回收率为98.70%~ 100.78%.

摘要:
研究了不同晶粒度下MX246AG合金组织及性能的变化.结果表明,随着晶粒度的减小,枝晶干γ'相尺寸随之减小,并且MCⅡ型碳化物由块状逐渐变为点条状.晶粒度等级从M6级提高至Mll级后,合金850°C低周疲劳寿命显著提高了4.7倍,且合金的室温拉伸强度提高,850°C的伸长率明显增大.

The tribological properties of K417G superalloy and Ni(Co)CrAlYSi coatings/K417G were investigated at room temperature in atmospheric environment. The results show that the worn mechanism of both K417G superalloy and the coatings is due to interaction of environment embrittlement and fatigue delamination in subsurface stratum, which results to the higher wear rate compared with the pure nickel plate. The enviromental embrittlement gradually affect the worn surface during the process of wear. The formation of crack resource on the worn surface begins at both the interface ofγ/γ′ phases and the interface of carbide and alloy. The cracks extend along both the interface ofγ/γ′ phases and the interface of carbide and alloy and enter into theγ′ phase, presenting the intergranular and transgranular mixed.%研究K417G合金及其表面Ni(Co)CrAlYSi涂层在室温大气环境下的磨损特性。结果表明:K417G合金及其表面Ni(Co)CrAlYSi涂层的磨损受磨损亚表层疲劳脱层和磨损表面环境脆性的共同作用,致使其磨损率高于纯Ni的。在磨损过程中,环境脆性逐渐作用于磨损表面,磨损表面的裂纹源在γ/γ′界面以及碳化物与合金基体界面形核,裂纹既沿着γ/γ′面以及碳化物与合金基体界面扩展,又进入γ′晶粒,呈现沿晶和穿晶混合状。

摘要:
对Cu-Ni-Al系合金的铸态组织进行研究,使企业更好地认识和了解Cu-Ni-Al系列合金,进而更好地开发利用该合金.采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪,对Cu-Ni-Al和Cu-Ni-Al-Ti合金进行观察和分析.结果表明:Cu-9.0Ni-1.4Al合金铸态组织中枝晶组织与偏析区(Ni3Al)界限十分明显,且枝晶组织比较粗大.而Ti的加入促使Ni和Cu的分布变得均匀,并且Ti的加入使合金中有魏氏体产生,致使合金的力学性能降低,减小了合金的变形能力,导致Cu-9.0Ni-1.4Al-0.5Ti合金在热轧时有开裂的现象发生.并且能谱分析显示Ni3Al存在于枝晶中和枝晶间,说明Ni3Ti的稳定性较好,在高温时就有A13Ti形成,在固溶扩散过程中,Ni3Ti被排挤到枝晶之间,形成第二相.

摘要:
The Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 is first obtained by the controlled crystallization method and then coated with Ni3(PO4)2particles. The effects of the coating on rate capability and cycle life at high cut-off voltage are investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and galvanostatic measurements. The element ratio of Ni:Mn:Co is tested by inductively-coupled plasma spectrometer(ICP) analysis and it testified to be 1:1:1. It is indicated that Ni3(PO4)2-coated Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 has an outstanding capacity retention, where 99% capacity retention is maintained after 10 cycles at 5C discharge rate between 2.7 V and 4.6 V. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) results show that the current exchange density i0 of the coated sample is higher than that of Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2, which is beneficial to its electrochemical performances. All the conclusions show that the Ni3(PO4)2coating can prominently enhance the high rate performance of the Li Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2, especially at high cut-off voltage.

本发明属于热障涂层技术领域,具体涉及一种单相β‑(Ni,Pt)Al耐高温材料及应用、单相β‑(Ni,Pt)Al粘结层的制备方法。本发明提供了一种单相β‑(Ni,Pt)Al耐高温材料,包括以下原子百分含量的组分:30~60at.%Al,0.04~0.2at.%活性元素,2~9at.%Pt和余量的Ni,所述活性元素包括稀土元素、Hf、Zr和Ti中的两种。在本发明中,所述铂能够减小耐高温材料中铝的活度,从而抑制耐高温材料在高温环境下服役过程中铝向基体扩散,从而减少耐高温材料中铝的流失避免β相向γ'相退化,使得耐高温材料在高温环境下长期服役仍保持优良的抗氧化性。
