    • 摘要: 自2002年以来,MIDO美度表始终从“建筑”这一艺术领域中汲取创意灵感,和其他瑞士制表品牌一样破局新生。位于法国西北部的雷恩歌剧院以其不计其数的演出与和谐的新古典主义建筑而闻名于世,建筑正面顶部伫立着的古代缪斯女神雕像,象征着她对艺术的守护。作为美度专业制表技艺的象征,问世于1976年的贝伦赛丽系列腕表,正是通过对雷恩歌剧院流畅曲线设计的巧妙借鉴,来致敬这座久负盛名的建筑,深刻表达了对这座建筑永恒之美的颂扬。

    • 摘要: The activity concentration of natural radioactivity for soil samples collected from western and mid Libyan regions were measured using HPGe detector. The average activity concentration of 226Ra, 232Th and 40K for ten regions was found to be 51.86 ± 7.14, 75.56 ± 10.95 and 128.98 ± 6.88 Bq/kg respectively. The results obtained for the corresponding nuclides 226Ra and 232Th are above the worldwide average values (35 and 30 Bq/kg) while 40K was smaller than worldwide average (400 Bq/kg). The average outdoor absorbed dose and the annual effective dose rates due to 226Ra, 232Th and 40K were observed to be 21.51 ± 2.93 nGy/h and 0.297 ±.03 mSv/y respectively, which are lower than world average values (60 nGy/h and 0.8 mSv/y). The radium equivalent activity and external hazard indices were found less than the world wide average values.

    • 摘要: Objective: To explore the safety and the short-term curative effect of the application of assisted laparoscopic radical resection for the mid transverse colon cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 25 cases clinical data of radical resection of mid transverse colon cancer from March 2006 to March 2014 in our hospital. Cases were divided into two groups, laparoscopic group with 12 cases and open group with 13 cases. Intra-operative observation indexes (operation time, bleeding volume, the number of dissected lymph nodes), post-operative recovery indexes (flatus time, liquid food intake time, ambulation time, hospitalization time), post-operative complication (incision site infection, abdominal bleeding, intra-abdominal infection, anastomotic fistula, intestinal obstruction and re-hospitalization within 30 days, mortality) and patient’s five-year overall survival were observed in two groups. Results: Operation methods including the principle of complete mesocolic excision (CME), colon dissection along the anatomical plane and safe anastomosis method were applied in Laparoscopic group. Average surgery time of Laparoscopic group was longer than open group, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (p > 0.05). Intra-operative blood loss in the Laparoscopic group was obviously lower than open group;the difference was statistically significant (p Conclusion: The use of laparoscopic radical resection for the mid transverse colon cancer resulted in acceptable short term curative effects.

    • 摘要: 目的:研究天麻钩藤对多发性脑梗塞痴呆大鼠(MID)模型的疗效及作用机制.方法:观察不同剂量的天麻钩藤煎煮液(天麻∶钩藤=3∶4)对MID大鼠模型的学习记忆、脑组织过氧化物酶、能量代谢及神经保护因子的影响,以及对Na2S2 O4和H2O2诱导的细胞损伤的影响.结果:天麻钩藤煎煮液在40g、20g(生药量)/kg/d剂量下,改善脑梗塞痴呆大鼠的学习记忆能力,降低脑组织MDA和LA含量,提高GSH-Px、SOD、CAT、LDH及AChE活性,促进NGF、BDNF的表达,细胞实验显示天麻钩藤水提物对Na2S204和H202诱导的细胞损伤有保护作用.结论:天麻钩藤具有改善智力和脑保护功效,其机制与抗氧化、神经保护、改善胆碱能神经功能及能量代谢作用有关.

    • 摘要: If systolic anterior motion(SAM)of a redundant anterior leaflet of the mitral valve is combined with systolic thickening of an asymmetric septum,(ASH),a narrow outflow channel of the left ventricle is formed.This narrowed outflow channel is then responsible for the mid systolic pressure difference between the body of the left ventricle and the out flow area of the left ventricle.This results in hypertrophic“obstructive”cardiomyopathy(HOCM).
