摘要:
In this paper,based on the principle of value engineering,combined with the concrete engineering of a highway bridge in Chongqing,the strength,workability and durability considering the durability of concrete,the durability of the concrete function,through the method of effect function cost coefficient,work on the durability of concrete can be carried out to determine the coefficient,and opti-mized by determining the ratio with the optimal design scheme of concrete durability.The research shows that the effectiveness function method to calculate the index of efficiency coefficient,index function value better,the total effect coefficient to calculate the cost coefficient and the function coefficient calculation results,intuitive,simple process;in the scheme with the ratio of concrete durability,with minimum val-ue coefficient is eighteenth for the 0.69 group.With the maximum ratio;the value coefficient is 1.40;in the first group,the value of coefficient is less than 1,the cost of a larger proportion of the cost is greater than the function of important degree;in the value of the coefficient is larger than 1,the cost for a smal-ler proportion of the more important function at this time,the cost of funds is very small.%通过价值工程原理针对重庆某公路桥梁混凝土工程展开全面的分析研究,并综合其耐久性混凝土的功能性质展开讨论,通过功效函数法对耐久性混凝土的成本系数、功能系数进行确定并优化,从而筛选出耐久性混凝土配合比的最佳设计方案.研究表明,采用功效函数法对指标功效系数进行计算,指标功效函数值越大越好,利用总功效系数对成本系数和功能系数进行计算,计算结果直观,过程简单;在耐久性混凝土配合比方案中,配合比价值系数最小的是第 18 组,为0.69;配合比价值系数最大的是第 1 组,为 1.40;在价值系数 <1 时,比重较大的指标为成本,且其重要程度要高于功能;在价值系数 >1,各项功能所占的比重则较大,同时资金消耗成本重要程度较低.
