    • 摘要: 对贵州省芝麻(Sesamum indicum Linn.)不同种质资源产量与品质进行分析,结果表明,P12(SI16BJ)品种产量最高,达到了2443.2 kg/hm^2,其次是P11(SI16TZ)品种,为2390.3 kg/hm^2;蛋白质含量最高的品种是P15(SI16SC),为24.9%,其次是P7(SI16DY)品种,为24.8%,含量最低的品种是P3(SI16BZ-3),为20.8%。含油量在45.0%~51.6%,其中P3(SI16BZ-3)品种含油量最高,为51.6%;其次是P1(SI16BZ-1)品种,为51.5%;含量最低的品种是P8(SI16WL),为45.0%。综合分析得到,P3(SI16BZ-3)属于高油、中高产品种。

    • 摘要: 【目的】比较2个不同生态区杧果果实着色的差异,并探讨着色差异的内在机理。【方法】试验于2012年比较了‘台农1号’杧果在四川攀枝花和广东雷州2个生态区的果皮颜色、花色苷含量和花色苷合成相关基因表达模式差异。【结果】四川攀枝花地区高海拔、昼夜温差大,较低降雨量,该生态区‘台农1号’杧果果皮花色苷含量显著高于雷州地区,着色较好,果皮色度角显著低于雷州地区。花色苷合成基因Mi PAL、Mi C4H、Mi CHS1、Mi F3H1、Mi DFR和Mi UFGT的相对表达量以攀枝花地区显著高于雷州地区,其中Mi C4H、Mi CHS1、Mi F3H1、Mi DFR和Mi UFGT基因的相对表达量分别为雷州地区的130、228、63、2.7和4.3倍。【结论】四川攀枝花地区海拔高、辐射强和昼夜温差大等生态因子有利于诱导果皮中花色苷合成相关基因尤其是Mi PAL、Mi CHS1、Mi DFR和Mi UFGT的表达,促进‘台农1号’果皮着色。

    • 摘要: 通过对云南玉溪澄江大白豆(宿主植物)的根瘤采集及根瘤菌的分离纯化,获得了36株蚕豆(Vicid faba Linn)根瘤菌。为进一步探讨所得根瘤菌的结瘤固氮能力,采用土壤盆栽的方法 ,将这些根瘤菌回接到蚕豆小青皮上。植物生长70 d以后,观察生长状况,综合株高、地上部分干重、结瘤数等生长指标,筛选出2株高效固氮根瘤菌菌株Hbu610041和Hbu610055,为蚕豆的实际生产准备了根瘤菌接种菌株资源。

    • 摘要: AIM: To investigate the effect of Euphorbia esula(E. esula) extract in inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis in SGC-7901 cells.METHODS: E. esula extract at different concentrations was used to inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of human gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cells. Inhibition of proliferation was detected with thiazolyl blue assay, and apoptosis was detected with fluorescence microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and flow cytometry. The mechanisms were studied by measurement of caspase-3 and caspase-8 activities and Bax and Bcl2 m RNA expression.RESULTS: The thiazolyl blue assay showed that SGC-7901 cell viability and proliferation were inhibited significantly by E. esula extract in a timeand concentration-dependent manner. Fluorescence microscopy revealed that the cell nuclei showed the characteristic changes of apoptosis, such as uneven staining and chromatin marginalization. Some key features of apoptosis were also observed undertransmission electron microscopy, which included cellular shrinkage and the foaming or bubbling phenomenon. When the cells were analyzed by flow cytometry, a sub-G1 peak could be seen clearly. Spectrophotometric assay of caspase-3 and caspase-8 activities in the treated cells showed an approximately two-fold increase. Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction showed that Bax m RNA expression was upregulated, while Bcl2 m RNA expression was downregulated.CONCLUSION: E. esula extract inhibited proliferation and induced apoptosis in SGC-7901 cells, in a caspasedependent manner, involving upregulation of Bax and downregulation of Bcl2.

    • 摘要: Mortality from cardiovascular abnormalities is almost three times more prevalent in the diabetic population than that in the general population. Psidium guajave has been used traditionally for a long time as a medicinal herb to cure diabetes. Endothelial dependent vasorelaxation effect of Psidium guajave extract on normal aortic rings was observed. This study was designed to investigate the endothelium and nitric oxide roles inPGE-induced vasorelaxation in diabetic rat vessel. Diabetes was induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. Eight weeks later, superior mesenteric arteries of non-diabetic and diabetic groups were isolated and perfused according to the McGregor method. Prepared vascular beds were constricted with phenylephrine to induce 70% - 75% of maximal constriction. Psidium guajave extract at concentrations of 0.1 to 4 mg/100ml added to the medium and perfusion pressure was recorded. Baseline perfusion pressure of diabetic group was significantly higher than non-diabetic rats in both intact and denuded endothelium. Psidium guajave extract caused a significantly dose depended decrease in perfusion pressure in non-diabetic and diabetic groups in both intact and denuded endothelium. In the presence of N (ω)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester, Psidium guajave ex-tractinduced relaxation in intact mesenteric beds of non-diabetic and diabetic animals was not suppressed. From the results of this study, it may be concluded that vasorelaxatory effect of Psidium guajave extract is not mediated by endothelium and nitric oxide in both diabetic and non-diabetic vessel and supports the use of the plant’s leaves as a natural, adjunct phytomedicine in the management of diabetes vessel complications.
