摘要:
针对LATE调度算法启动多个备份任务可能造成的系统性能下降以及只考虑到计算、内存等资源,及忽略带宽资源的情况,提出了一种基于软件定义网络(software-defi ned networking,SDN)技术改进的LATE算法.改进算法通过对落后任务的剩余完成时间、待选迁移节点的最小完成时间、迁移传输时间进行分析来确定落后任务是否迁移,同时对落后任务节点的下一任务的预计完成时间、待选迁移节点的最小完成时间、迁移传输时间进行分析确定下一任务是否提前迁移.实验结果表明改进算法在性能上有提升.

摘要:
Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common cardiac arrhythmia worldwide.The prevalence of the disease increases with age,strongly implying an age-related process underlying the pathology.At a time when people are living longer than ever before,an exponential increase in disease prevalence is predicted worldwide.Hence unraveling the underlying mechanics of the disease is paramount for the development of innovative treatment and prevention strategies.The role of voltage-gated sodium channels is fundamental in cardiac electrophysiology and may provide novel insights into the arrhythmogenesis of AF.Na_v1.5 is the predominant cardiac isoform,responsible for the action potential upstroke.Recent studies have demonstrated that Na_v1.8(an isoform predominantly expressed within the peripheral nervous system)is responsible for cellular arrhythmogenesis through the enhancement of pro-arrhythmogenic currents.Animal studies have shown a decline in Na_v1.5 leading to a diminished action potential upstroke during phase 0.Furthermore,the study of human tissue demonstrates an inverse expression of sodium channel isoforms;reduction of Na_v1.5 and increase of Na_v1.8 in both heart failure and ventricular hypertrophy.This strongly suggests that the expression of voltage-gated sodium channels play a crucial role in the development of arrhythmias in the diseased heart.Targeting aberrant sodium currents has led to novel therapeutic approaches in tackling AF and continues to be an area of emerging research.This review will explore how voltage-gated sodium channels may predispose the elderly heart to AF through the examination of laboratory and clinical based evidence.

摘要:
Objective Though the Central Asian Orogenic Belt (CAOB) is characterized by widespread Phanerozoic crustal growth,there is little juvenile crust documented in its southeastern segment,northern margin of the North China Craton(NCC)(Zhang et al,2007,2009).Late Carboniferous Dongwanzi ultramafic-mafic cumulate complex occurs in northern margin of the NCC and is intruded by a syenite with depleted Sr-Nd isotopes (Ma et al.,2014).However,the age and petrogenesis of this syenite is poorly constrained.In this study,we present new petrological,zircon U-Pb and Hf isotopic data of the Dongwanzi syenite,in order to put insights on its formation age and petrogenetic relationship with cumulates.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of plant extracts in managing late blight disease in tomato, in vitro. Crude extracts were from Plectranthus barbatus, Tephrosia vogelii, Sphaeranthus suaveolens and Lantana camara. These were compared with commercial formulations Otiva fungicide and untreated as negative control. Their effectiveness was determined by measuring the inhibition zone of the mycelial growth of the pathogen recorded in triplicate at 48 hours and 72 hours. The results showed significant differences (P ≤ 0.001) among the extracting solvents on percentage inhibition of Phytophthora infestans. Methanol was superior in inhibiting the growth of mycelial growth of P. infestans as compared with ethyl acetate. Furthermore, all plants tested showed antifungal activity against P. infestans. The P. barbatus, L. camara and S. suaveolens were comparable with the commercial fungicide in inhibiting the growth of P. infestans. In this study, T. vogelii extract showed poor results in inhibiting the mycelial growth of P. infestans as compared with other plant extracts. Also, it was observed that, there were significant (P < 0.05) interactive effects between solvent and plant extracts and between incubation time and plant extracts.

Objectives: The purpose was to show how important is to operate on the Senegalese African children presenting with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) regardless of their age. Methods: It is a retrospective, descriptive analysis of data from the Department of Pediatric Cardiology, University Hospital of Tuebingen’s data base which was searched for all cases of TOF in foreign patients younger than 15 years between 05/2004-10/2016. Results: 16 children from Senegal with TOF were referred for treatment. Mean age of patients was 7.0 years (range 0.9 - 14.8 years). Primary corrective surgery was performed in 13/16 patients. A primary shunt procedure was required in 3/16 patients. All patients were discharged in good condition with a median 13 postoperative days. We did not register any deaths. All became asymptomatic with pulse oximetry oxygen saturations greater than 95%. The right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) gradient was less than 30 mmHg in all patients and 2 patients had moderate pulmonary valvular insufficiency. Conclusions: It was still necessary to operate Senegalese children presenting with TOF irrespective of their age.

Foraminifer is a very useful microorganism to perform biostratigraphical zonation of the Upper Jurassic. Foraminiferal biozones are calibrated by the ammonite standard zones and can be used for intra- and interregional correlations. Furthermore, the fossil record of foraminiferal faunas is well known among basins of the Northern Eurasia and is also used for accurate palaeoenvironmental, palaeobiogeographical, or biofacial reconstructions. It allows identifying a complex set of biotic and abiotic events which may be used to propose a more general palaeoecoloecological and palaeoceanographical reconstruction of the Subboreal, Boreal, and Arctic seas. Then, the late Kimmeridgian Northern Eurasian seas formed a network of well-connected palaeobasins during the sea-level rise and resulted in rather similar palaeoenvironmental conditions.

Angiosperm evolved and diversified during Cretaceous. During this course of evolution and radiation, various pollen of uncertain origin had evolved. Aquilapollenites represents the early stock of angiosperms attaining its acme with respect to diversity and dominance during Campanian and Maastrichtian age. It was globally present (except Antarctica) however more dominant in northern hemisphere (Canada, North America, Sakhlain Oblast and China). In India, the Aquilapollenites sp. is present in Maastrichtian aged deposits. The pollen affinity has been associated with Loranthaceae and Santalaceae plant families. Here, a comparative description of all the Aquilapollenites sp. comprising a wide range of morphological diversity has been discussed. The wider morphological diversity and ecological adaptability of Aquilapollenites sp. infer that it is globally significant and warrants a more detailed study.

The Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous Santai Formation, sporadically distributed in western Shandong Province, comprises terrestrial alluvial-eolian successions, which records regional wind patterns and paleogeography in eastern North China. This paper conducts an analysis of eolian stratification, bounding surfaces, facies architecture and paleowind direction of the Santai Formation in the east of the Mengyin Basin, western Shandong Province. Three basic types of eolian stratification are recognized in the Santai Formation, including grainflow strata, wind ripple strata and adhesion strata, and have been grouped into eolian dune and interdune facies associations. The occurrences of reactivation surfaces and superimposition surfaces within eolian dune deposits indicate active compound dunes or draas. The association of adhesion strata with grainflow or windripple strata is the development of a wet eolian system. Cross-strata dip direction indicates different paleowind directions from the lower to the upper part of the Santai paleoerg. The lower part of the paleoerg was characterized by paleowinds blowing from northwest to northeast, whereas the upper part was under the influence of paleowinds consistently towards east to northeast. The identified changes in wind directions possibly suggest wind regime shifts from monsoon circulation to westlies of planetary wind system, which may be related with the collapse of the East China Plateau during the Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous.

Numeral Permian mafic-ultramafic complexes occur in the Beishan terrane atthe northeastern margin of the Tarim craton,southwestern Central Asian Orogenic Belt,including the Pobei,Cantoushan,Bijiashan,Hongshishan,Xuanwoling,Zhongposhan and Luodong etc.,intrusions(Qin et al.,2011;Zhang et al.,2017;Xue et al.,2018).These Beishan mafic-ultramafic complexes are composed of peridotite,pyroxenite.
