摘要： According to 2022 China Out­bound Investment and M&A Report issued by data service provider itjuzi.com,China’s outbound investment is still booming.The U.S.as the focus It is estimated that China’s out­bound capital investment started in 2004 and that there have been 2,738 capital investment transactions so far.Between 2015 and 2019,there has been an increasing amount of out­bound investment from China,and this number started decreasing from 2019.Investment decreased sharply in 2020 due to the global Covid-19 pan­demic,and investment saw a rebound and further growth in 2021 when the number of outbound investment reached its historical peak with 454 cases.

摘要： China has the world’s largest reserves of rare earth elements.Rare earth permanent magnet material has always been one of the popular industries in the investment market.CAPM is the basic asset-pricing model in financial economics.There are a number of studies conducted to examine the applicability of CAPM to stock markets in different industries and to investigate the modification method to improve the model’s prediction accuracy.In this study,seven leading enterprises in China’s rare earth permanent magnet material industry listed on the A-share market were selected as the research subjects.Based on CAPM,regression analysis was conducted on the monthly data from March 2016 to February 2022.The results demonstrated that using the β coefficient to explain the risk of China’s rare earth permanent magnet industry is ineffective.The ultimate benefit was less affected by market indexes but mainly by non-systematic risks.CAPM has low applicability to China’s rare earth permanent magnet material industry and requires further improvement.Nevertheless,CAPM still has some guiding significance in making enterprise comparisons and investment decisions.

摘要： In 2019,TCL,a Chinese consumer electronics company,began to build its new manufacturing base in Vietnam and brought its suppliers with it to the country.The new base has improved TCL’s production capacity with its products selling not only in Vietnam but also to other markets in Southeast Asia and beyond.In the first four months of 2022,the total foreign investment in Vietnam surpassed US$10.8 billion,up 88.3 percent year on year,according to its Ministry of Planning and Investment.
