    • 摘要: Objective:To systematically review the effects of electroacupuncture on neurocognitive dysfunction and inflammatory factors in elderly patients after general anesthesia.Methods:Computer retrieval of EMBASE,The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP databases.The time limit was until April 17,2021.The literature on the effect of electroacupuncture on postoperative neurocognitive dysfunction in elderly patients was searched.Two researchers separately strictly screened and evaluated the included literature,and then analyzed them using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:Electroacupuncture improved the MMSE score on the first[SMD=2.08,95%CI(1.14,3.02),P<0.0001]and third days[SMD=0.87,95%CI(0.15,1.59),P=0.02]after surgery;the incidence of PNCD on the first[OR=0.37,95%CI(0.26,0.54),P<0.00001]and third days[OR=0.37,95%CI(0.25,0.56),P<0.00001]after surgery were reduced;IL-6 expression at the end of the operation[SMD=-0.96,95%CI(-1.88,-0.04),P=0.04]was reduced;accelerated the recovery time from anesthesia[SMD=-1.15,95%CI(-1.43,-0.87),P<0.00001];the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting[OR=0.39,95%CI(0.20,0.78),P=0.007]was reduced.Compared with the control group,the expression of IL-6 on the first[SMD=-0.24,95%CI(-0.83,0.36),P=0.43]and second days[SMD=-0.35,95%CI(-0.93,0.23),P=0.24]after operation,and the expression of TNF-αat the end of operation[SMD=-0.65,95%CI(-1.33,0.03),P=0.06]and the first day[SMD=-0.51,95%CI(-1.02,-0.01),P=0.05]after operation had no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative neurocognitive dysfunction and postoperative nausea and vomiting in elderly patients,and accelerate the recovery time from anesthesia.The difference in the frequency and duration of electroacupuncture may potentially affect clinical efficacy.

    • 摘要: Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination of enhanced“Shou Tai Wan”soup and progesterone in the treatment of early pre-eclampsia miscarriage.Methods:86 patients with early pre-eclampsia miscarriage in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 43 cases each.The control group was treated with progesterone,while the study group was treated with an addition of enhanced“Shou Tai Wan”soup.The treatment effects of the two groups and the changes in the inflammatory factor levels and sex hormone levels before and after the treatment were observed.Results:INF-γand Il-2 were lower and IL-4 was higher in the study group than in the control group after treatment(p-value<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment was higher in the study group(95.35%)than in the control group(74.42%),(p-value<0.05);the levels of P,E2 andβ-hCG were higher in the study group than in the control group after treatment(p-value<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of enhanced“Shou Tai Wan”soup and progesterone in patients with early preterm abortion is more effective by improving the patients’sex hormone levels and reducing the level of inflammatory factors,which is conducive to the improvement of the treatment effect and worthy of promotion.

    • 摘要: The pathogenesis of animal osteoarthritis(OA)is not clear.The aim of this study was to investigate the dynamic changes of cartilage lesions and serum IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-17 inflammatory factors in a post-traumatic osteoarthritis model in rats,and to explore their values in monitoring the progression of osteoarthritis.Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group(n=20)and the model group(n=20).The OA model was established by anterior cruciate ligament transection combined with partial medial meniscus resection(ACLT+PMMx)in the model group,and sham operation was performed in the control group.On the 0th,10th,20th and 30th days after modeling,the degree of joint swelling and the number of white blood cells in the peripheral blood were evaluated,and tibia samples were taken for macroscopic observation score and pathological observation.The serum levels ofIL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-17 concentration were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that the cartilage damage in the tibial surface and pathological observations of rats in the model group gradually increased with time,the eye scores increased and increased significantly on the 20th and 30th days(P<0.01),and the joints of the rats were swollen.And the swelling was extremely significant on the 30th day(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the number of white blood cells in the peripheral blood of the model group gradually increased,and the increase was extremely significant on the 20th and 30th days(P<0.01).The serum IL-17 concentration in the model group tended to increase,and the increase was significant on the 20th day(P<0.05)and extremely significant on the 30th day(P<0.01);the serum TNF-αand IL-1βconcentrations in the model group showed an increasing trend,and the increase was extremely significant on the 10th,20th and 30th days(P<0.01);IL-6 concentration in the serum of the model group showed an increasing trend,and it increased significantly on the 30th day(P<0.05).The results showed that in the rat model of traumatic OA,the degree of joint damage gradually increased,and the expression of blood inflammatory indexes IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-17 and IL-6 increased.The research provided a basis for prompting and monitoring the timing of OA treatment and the development of the disease in animal clinical.

    • 摘要: Objective:To explore the effects of two types of surgical approaches,spontaneous ventilation single-port thoracoscopy and conventional thoracoscopy,on T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All of them underwent standard lobectomy and lymph node dissection.Among them,32 patients who underwent spontaneous ventilation single-port thoracoscopy were included in the study group,while 26 patients who underwent conventional thoracoscopy were included in the control group.The perioperative related indices,lung function,immune factor levels,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the perioperative incision length,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and number of lymph node dissections were 4.28±2.01,77.89±12.02,87.21±16.11,and 20.69±4.45,respectively.In the control group,the perioperative incision length,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and number of lymph node dissections were 6.32±2.45,84.98±16.98,95.88±14.89,and 21.45±4.36,respectively.There was no statistical difference between the study group and the control group in the number of lymph node dissections and intraoperative blood loss;the lung function in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group;the levels of T cell subsets CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,CD16+CD56+of the study group were 46.36±5.87,30.98±4.12,1.19±0.23,and 17.41±6.25,respectively,while those in the control group were 35.78±4.12,34.14±3.87,1.04±0.24,and 12.45±5.56,respectively;the levels of immunoglobulin IgG,IgM,and IgA of the study group were 10.45±2.14,1.21±0.24,and 1.26±0.25,respectively,while those of the control group were 8.78±1.78,1.06±0.12,and 1.06±0.26,respectively,with statistical differences;the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-αof the control group were 21.87±4.26,98.01±9.58,111.03±9.96,and 123.05±9.77,respectively,while those of the study group were 19.47±3.89,89.12±8.96,104.32±9.12,and 112.98±9.16,respectively,in which the comparison was statistically significant.Conclusion:In the surgical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,spontaneous ventilation single-port thoracoscopic surgery has several advantages,which include less trauma and bleeding.It reduces the impact of surgical trauma on the immune function of the body,improves the postoperative lung function and inflammatory stress of the body,as well as accelerates the recovery of patients.It is an alternative to open lung lobectomy for the treatment of lung cancer.

    • 摘要: Objective:To initially explore traditional Chinese medicine patterns in a bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis mouse model.Methods:Thirty-six C57BL/6 mice were divided by the random number table method(with 12 rats per group)into three groups:a blank group,a model group,and a number 2 Feibi recipe(FBR-2)group.The pulmonary fibrosis mouse model was established by intratracheal instillation of bleomycin.The FBR-2 group was treated with FBR-2 for 4 weeks.Symptoms in the mice such as mental behavior,food/water intake,body weight,body temperature,respiratory rate,and tongue image were observed.The samples were collected on the 14th day and 28th day after modeling,and lung tissues were visually assessed and microscopically evaluated by staining with hematoxylin-eosin and Masson.The expression levels of hydroxyproline,interleukin(IL)-33,IL-37,tissue plasminogen activator,and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:Mice in the model group were poor in spirit,less active,slow in response,showed reduced food/water intake,body temperature,and body weight,increased respiratory rate,and their tongue color had changed from light red to dark red.However,treatment with FBR-2 significantly improved these symptoms.Extensive inflammatory cell infiltration and collagen fiber deposition were observed in the lung tissues of the model group.Compared with the blank group,the levels of hydroxyproline,IL-33,and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 in the model group significantly increased(all P<.05),whereas that of tissue plasminogen activator significantly decreased on the 14th day and 28th day(P=.036 and P=.005,respectively).Moreover,FBR-2 improved lung inflammation and fibrinolysis imbalance and reduced collagen fiber deposition.Conclusion:To some extent,our bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis mouse model exhibited traditional Chinese medicine patterns of qi deficiency,blood stasis,and heat retention.

    • 摘要: Objective:This study was undertaken to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine for pelvic inflammatory disease(damp-heat and stasis type).Methods:Seventy-four patients who were diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease(damp-heat and stasis type)by our hospital during July 2021 to July 2022 were randomized into two groups:the participants in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the participants in the study group received Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine.Results:After treatment,the total effectiveness of the control group(72.98%)was significantly lower than that of the study group(94.59%),(P<0.05);the whole blood viscosity high cut,whole blood viscosity low cut,fibrinogen and plasma viscosity of the control group were all lower than those of the study group(P<0.05);the levels of CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αin the control group were higher and IL-2 levels in the control group were lower than those in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine combined with Chinese medicine is more effective in curing damp-heat and stasis-type pelvic inflammatory disease by improving the blood rheological indexes and lowering the level of inflammatory factors.
