    • 摘要: Modern medical researches require standard bio-sample acquired from structured biobank.The mechanism of Intel-biobank data-sharing,which is vital in modern biobank construction,have not been established in China.This survey was conducted using questionnaires and interview,which mainly focused on the following aspects of intel-biobank data-sharing:present situation,informed consent,additional authorization and expected adverse consequences.The research object of this study was directed to 114 staff members or managers from 34 facilities.We found that 13 biobankers form 10 facilities said they had been achieved data sharing between different biobank,39 biobankers from 9 facilities indicated that they were planning data sharing,62 from the rest 15 facilities have not planned inter-biobank data sharing yet.

    • 摘要: In recent years,major cities around the world such as New York in USA,Melbourne in Australia,and Shanghai in China,have planned to boost their nighttime urban vibrancy levels to spur the economy and achieve cultural diversity.The study of nighttime urban vibrancy from the perspective of spatiotemporal characteristics is increasingly being recognized as part of the essential work in the field of urban planning and geography.This research used mobile phone signaling records to measure urban vibrancy in central Shanghai and revealed its spatiotemporal patterns during nighttime.Specifically,this research explored the changes of urban vibrancy within a day,studied the distribution of urban vibrancy during the nighttime,and visually presented the spatiotemporal changes of nighttime urban vibrancy in central Shanghai.Moreover,on the basis of the behavior pattern of each mobile user,we classified nighttime urban vibrancy into three different types:nighttime working vibrancy,nighttime leisure vibrancy,and nighttime floating vibrancy.We then tried to determine how land use affected nighttime leisure vibrancy.The results showed that urban vibrancy in central Shanghai exhibits a periodic pattern over one-day period.A high-level nighttime urban vibrancy belt is present within central Shanghai.Business offices,hotels,entertainment and recreational districts,wholesale markets,and express services contribute most to the vibrancy at nighttime.In addition,the correlation analysis shows that public and commercial facilities generate high levels of nighttime leisure vibrancy than residential facilities.The mixed land use of public and commercial facilities and residential facilities within 500 m is more critical than the mixed use of a single land lot.The research can be a basis for supporting land use planning and providing evidence for policy-making to improve the level of nighttime urban vibrancy in cities.

    • 摘要: In Japan, the shortage of personnel is a problem in long-term care nursing and rehabilitative care prevention. Nevertheless, Japan has taken measures to compensate for these shortages by promoting medical and nursing care activities using robotic technologies, and employing human resources from overseas. The purpose of this study was to determine potential legal issues and subsequent implications for care during prevention gymnastic exercises for the elderly using Pepper in long-term health facilities. The application program of Care-Prevention Gymnastics Exercises for Pepper (Pepper with CPGE) was made by the Xing Company Japan. Currently, care workers become intermediaries for the safe use of Pepper with CPGE. However, it was realized that some legal issues may arise if Pepper with CPGE alone will carry out these preventive care programs for the elderly without the presence of care workers as intermediaries. In this situation, using Pepper with CPGE alone to conduct care prevention gymnastics will require safety measures to prevent these possible practice issues and anticipate implications for care. In this regard, determining detailed target levels of rehabilitation exercise demands and environmental setting safety become essential factors. The use of humanoid robots in healthcare is expected to influence more practice protocols in contemporary and futurist rehabilitative human care. The identification of possible safety issues in performance and environmental situations, and implications for care are critical to ensure safe and valuable rehabilitative health care practices for the elderly population.

    • 摘要: This study presents the assessment of beef transportation infrastructure from slaughtering facilities in Tanzanian cities to the retail premises. The quality of beef consumed in many countries is questionable due to poor infrastructural development which may results into contamination and bacteriological infection. This study was carried out in Mbeya and Dar es Salaam where data was collected at the dispatch areas of 3 and 6 slaughtering facilities, respectively. At each slaughter facility, 10 vehicles selected randomly, were assessed. The assessment of beef distribution infrastructure was conducted based on 18 quality impacting factors established from the actual observation and literature review and conceptualized carcass distribution model. With exception to water tightness, painting and engine status during carcass loading, all the assessed beef quality impacting parameters were below 50%, indicating that beef distribution in the surveyed facilities were below the specification of food quality. Generally, the assessment of beef transporting facilities in connection to the first hypothesis of this study, indicted very weak compliance with the requirements, signifying that the vehicles are not acceptable for carcass transportation.

    • 摘要: On the basis of summarizing the research on disaster risk at home and abroad, Shenyang, one of the cities with the most frequent meteorological disasters, was taken as an example. Cold chilling injury is one of the major agricultural meteorological disasters, which poses a serious threat to the sustainable development of agriculture and food security in Jilin and Shenyang. Based on meteorological observation data of recent 65 years in Shenyang and microclimate monitoring data of agricultural facilities in two years, this paper makes statistical analysis by mathematical statistics and calculates the highest outdoor temperature, the lowest indoor air temperature and the highest ceiling temperature according to the meteorological grade index of agricultural facilities’ low temperature chilling damage, low temperature and other meteorological elements of grade indicators, analysis of greenhouse production trend of greenhouse climate change, and to discuss the relationship between temperature inside and outside the greenhouse and the facility microclimate conditions in agricultural cold weather disastrous and early warning services. The results showed that in the 21st century, the number of days with low temperature of ≤-20°C increased significantly compared with those in the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. The risk of low temperature chilling injury in facility agriculture in Shenyang was dominated by mild and moderate low temperature risk. Shenyang low temperature cold damage warning services standards to reduce the impact of chilling injury on agricultural facilities and development.
