    • 摘要: 超细硅灰石经铝酸酯偶联剂表面偶联处理,与聚丙烯熔融共混制备改性聚丙烯.研究超细硅灰石的加入及铝酸酯偶联剂处理对聚丙烯性能的影响.结果表明,超细硅灰石的加入可以提高聚丙烯的拉伸强度、冲击强度、维卡软化温度和硬度.超细硅灰石经过铝酸酯偶联剂表面处理后,聚丙烯性能进一步提高.表面处理超细硅灰石改性聚丙烯的拉伸强度在超细硅灰石为10份时提高最多,为35.51 MPa,比未表面处理的提高了9.2%.冲击强度在超细硅灰石为30份时提高最多,为8.49KJ/m2,比未表面处理的提高了17%.维卡软化温度比未表面处理少量提高.

    • 摘要: 采用高速粉碎机对木粉进行机械活化,在此同时加入铝酸酯偶联剂对木粉进行表面改性,通过熔融挤出法制备木粉/PLA复合材料.以材料的力学性能为评价指标,研究了不同处理方法和铝酸酯用量对复合材料的改性效果,并利用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)和扫描电镜(SEM)分别对改性木粉及复合材料进行了分析.结果表明:机械活化对复合材料的力学性能影响较小,但破坏了木纤维结晶结构,从而提高了偶联反应活性,强化了铝酸酯的偶联效果;且当铝酸酯用量为1.0%时,力学性能最好.TGA、SEM进一步分析表明,铝酸酯用量为0.5%时,材料相容性最好.

    • 摘要: According to the problems that the size precision and mechanical strength of polymer powder sintering parts molded by SIS are too low,polystyrene (PS) were selected to act as SLS matrix materials,the effects of calcium carbonate treated by alumi-num acid ester coupling agent and untreated calcium carbonate on the sintering performance of PS powder under different scanning speed were discussed. The results show that with the increase of scanning speed,the size precision of PS sintering part increases and the bending strength decreases. The untreated calcium carbonate has no effect on the size precision of PS sintering parts,but reduces the bending strength. Calcium carbonate treated with aluminum acid ester can improve the size precision and bending strength of PS sintering parts to some extent. When the scanning speed is 1 500 mm/s,the Z-direction height relative error of PS sintering part filledwith 2% calcium carbonate treated by aluminum acid ester is 4.25% and decreases by 48.5% comparing with pure PS sintering part,the bending strength reaches 6.32 MPa and increases by 18.4% comparing with pure PS sintering part,but when the scanning speed is improved to 1 800 or 2 000 mm/s,the difference of bending strength of the two sintering parts is slight.%针对选择性激光烧结(SLS)成型的高分子粉末烧结件尺寸精度差、强度低的问题,以聚苯乙烯(PS)为基体粉末,探讨了不同扫描速度下铝酸酯偶联剂处理前后的碳酸钙对PS粉末烧结性能的影响。结果表明,随扫描速度的增加,烧结件的尺寸精度提高、弯曲强度降低;未经处理的碳酸钙对PS烧结件的尺寸精度没有影响,反而降低了弯曲强度;经铝酸酯处理的碳酸钙在一定程度上提高了PS烧结件的尺寸精度和弯曲强度,当扫描速度为1500 mm/s时,添加质量分数为2%的经铝酸酯处理的碳酸钙,PS烧结件的Z向高度相对误差为4.25%,较纯PS烧结件减少了48.5%,弯曲强度达到6.32 MPa,比纯PS烧结件提高了18.4%,但当扫描速度提高到1800,2000 mm/s时,两者之间的弯曲强度差异变小。

    • 摘要: 采用熔融共混的方法制备了马来酸酐接枝聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPCMA)/热塑性淀粉(TPS)、PPCMA/热塑性氧化淀粉(TPOS)和PPCMA/DL-TPOS(铝酸酯预处理的TPOS)复合材料,研究淀粉的氧化以及偶联剂的加入对 PPC 复合材料流变、形态和性能的影响。加入淀粉后的 PPC 复合材料拉伸强度有较大提高,红外光谱结果显示淀粉和 PPCMA 之间形成了氢键作用,这可能是力学性能提高的主要原因;热塑性氧化淀粉与 PPCMA 基材的界面相容性提高,PPCMA/TPOS复合材料的力学性能、储能模量、损耗模量和复数黏度均高于PPCMA/TPS复合材料;铝酸酯对 TPOS 的预处理促进了 TPOS 在 PPCMA 中的分散,提高了复合材料的拉伸强度,在PPCMA/DL-TPOS体系中,当DL-TPOS含量为40%(质量分数)时拉伸强度达到最大值,与PPCMA相比,提高了4.6倍。%Maleic anhydride grafted poly(propylene carbonate) (PPCMA)/thermoplastic starch (TPS), PPCMA/thermoplastic oxidized starch (TPOS) and PPCMA/DL-TPOS (TPOS modified by aluminate coupling agent) composites were prepared by melt blending. Effects of starch oxidation and content of DL and DL-TPOS on rheological behavior, morphology and mechanical properties of composites were investigated. The results of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) revealed that the reinforcement in mechanical properties of PPC/starch composites was probably resulted from hydrogen-bonding interaction between carbonyl groups of PPC and hydroxyl groups of starch. The compatibility between PPCMA and TPOS was better than that of PPCMA and TPS. The mechanical property, storage modulus (G′), loss modulus (G″) and complex viscosity (η∗) of composites were improved by oxidation of starch. Moreover, the dispersion of TPOS in PPC matrix became better when starch was modified by DL, improving the tensile strength of composites. For PPCMA/DL-TPOS composites, the tensile strength increased by 460% from 2.45 MPa to 13.72 MPa, when DL-TPOS content was from 0 to 40%(mass), while it decreased when the loading of DL-TPOS was 50%(mass). In addition, G′, G″andη∗ of composites was improved with increasing DL-TPOS content.

    • 摘要: In order to prepare the high-expanded PP/wood flour composite foam by moulded method,the three key problems in the process of prepare the polypropylene/composite foam Which are the decomposition temperature of foaming agent is too high, the melt strength of PP is too low and the interfacial compatibility between wood flour and PP is poorly, were analysised and solved. The results showed that: when the mass radio of foaming agent AC to ZnO is 1:0.3, the decomposition of AC can satisfy the requirement of foaming; when the adding amount of crossling agent and cross-linking aids is 9 phr and 7 phr respectively, the crosslinking effect is best, and the crosslinking process is complete within 7 min; and when the adding amount of coupling agent is lphr for 100phr wood flour, the interracial compatibility between wood flour and PP is the best.%为制备出高发泡倍率的聚丙烯(PP)/木粉复合泡沫材料,对其在制备过程中所面临的发泡剂分解温度太高、PP熔体强度过低及木粉与PP界面相容性差这三大关键难题进行分析并解决。结果表明:当活化剂ZnO添加量为发泡剂AC的0.3倍时,AC分解温度符合发泡过程的要求,提高温度有利于缩短发泡剂分解前诱导期及发泡剂的分解时间;交联剂添加量为9份,助交联剂添加量为7份时,材料的交联效果最好,交联时间控制在7min左右最佳;当偶联剂添加量2份时处理木粉最为合适,此时木粉与PP的界面相容性的改善效果最佳。

    • 摘要: Sugar can bagasse (SCB) was mechanically activated by a self-made stirring-type ball mill. The effects of dosage of aluminate ester and activation time on the activation grade, contact angle of modified SCB and viscosity of SCB/paraffin oil system were investigated. In addition, the crystal structure and functional groups of bagasse were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that after modification with aluminate ester, the activation grade and contact angle of SCB increased, while viscosity of SCB/paraffin oil system decreased. The optimal effect was achieved when the dosage of aluminate ester was 3 % of SCB. It was found that the reaction of SCB and aluminate ester was strengthened obviously by mechanical activation. The activation grade and contact angle of mechanically activated SCB increased obviously, and the viscosity of activated SCB/paraffin oil system decreased greatly after modification with aluminate ester. The optimal mechanical activation time was 120 min. After modification with aluminate ester, the dispersion of SCB in organic phase increased greatly, and the effect of mechanically activated SCB modified with aluminate ester became more remarkable. XRD analysis showed that mechanical activation decreased the degree of crystallinity of cellulose, made it more accessible to aluminate ester, and improved the reactivity of cellulose. FTIR analysis showed that chemical reaction of the hydroxy group on the surface of SCB and the alkoxyl group of aluminate ester took place during the modification, forming a new chemical bond Al-O-C, and a molecule layer of aluminate ester was also formed on the surface of SCB.%采用自制搅拌球磨机对甘蔗渣进行机械活化预处理,以改性甘蔗渣的活化度、润湿接触角及甘蔗渣/液体石蜡体系黏度为评价指标,分别研究了铝酸酯用量和机械活化时间对甘蔗渣改性效果的影响,并采用XRD、FTIR对甘蔗渣和改性产物进行了表征.研究结果表明:经铝酸酯处理后甘蔗渣的活化度、接触角增加,与液体石蜡体系的黏度降低,当铝酸酯用量为3%时效果最佳;机械活化明显强化了甘蔗渣与铝酸酯的反应,铝酸酯改性机械活化甘蔗渣的接触角和活化度明显增加,与液体石蜡组成的体系黏度降低,当机械活化120 min时效果最佳;甘蔗渣经表面偶联改性后,在有机相中的分散性明显增加,铝酸酯改性机械活化甘蔗渣效果更为显著;X射线衍射分析表明,机械活化降低了甘蔗渣纤维结晶度,提高了其对铝酸酯的反应活性;FTIR分析表明,甘蔗渣表面的羟基与铝酸酯中的烷氧基团发生化学反应,有新的官能团Al-O-C产生,并在甘蔗渣表面形成一层铝酸酯分子层.

    • 摘要: The surface modification of the tourmaline powder with an aluminic ester was discussed. The experimental results showed that the activation index of aluminic ester modified tourmaline powder reached to 97% when 1.5 % aluminic ester reacted with tourmaline powder at 70 t for 0.5 h in benzene; and the aluminic ester modified tourmaline had an excellent hydrophobic property, but with no change in crystal configuration of tourmaline.%本文以铝酸酯为改性剂对电气石的表面改性反应进行了探讨,结果表明,以苯为溶剂,铝酸酯的用量为电气石的1.5%,70°C下搅拌0.5 h,可使改性电气石的活化指数达到97%;所得铝酸酯改性电气石表面具有较强的疏水特性,而没有影响其晶体结构.
