摘要:
肾内科疾病临床较常见,其发病率也逐年缓慢升高,这给临床治疗带来一定问题。既往报道中,关于肾内科疾病发病机制的研究尚未取得有效进展。临床上,肾内科疾病类型较多,如:肾衰竭、肾病综合征、慢性肾炎等。针对上述肾内科疾病传统临床治疗方法仅能改善患者的相关临床症状,彻底治愈尚存较大难度,且整体效果欠佳。近年来,随着我国医疗技术的不断发展,血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(angiotensincon-vertingenzymeinhibitors,ACEI)在临床上广泛使用。为了探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂在肾内科疾病中的具体临床优势,特选取某院的肾内科疾病患者进行对照研究,现报道如下。

摘要:
目的:探讨ACE基因A240*T和AGT基因M235*T多态性与中国河北省汉族孕龄妇女Ⅲ、Ⅳ期EMs遗传易感性的关系。方法:用病例对照研究法,78例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期EMs患者与82例对照组的外周血白细胞为样本,用PCR-RFLP技术分析ACE基因A240*T和AGT基因M235*T多态性分布频率。结果:ACE基因的3种基因型AA、AT、TT在EMs组和对照组的分布频率分别为:41.0%、43.6%、15.4%;56.1%、39%、4.9%。A/T等位基因在两组的分布频率分别为62.8%、37.2%;75.6%、24.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AGT基因3种基因型MM、MT、TT在EMs和对照组的分布频率分别为6.4%、37.2%、56.4%;8.5%、35.4%、56.1%。M/T等位基因在两组的分布频率分别为25%、75%;26.2%、73.8%,两组差异无统计学意义。结论:携带ACE240*T等位基因增加患Ⅲ、Ⅳ期子宫内膜异位症的危险。AGT基因M235*TM/T等位基因在EMs组和对照组的分布无显著差异。

摘要:
目的:探讨二尖瓣置换手术患者外周血炎症标志物水平与心房颤动之间可能存在的关系。方法:根据其心律将47例二尖瓣置换手术患者分为二组,窦性心律组:23例,二尖瓣病变仍为窦性心律的患者;心房颤动组:24例,二尖瓣病变伴持续性房颤的患者。分别检测二组患者外周血白细胞总数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分率(NEU%)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)。所有患者术前常规进行心脏超声心动图检查,记录左房前后径(LA)。结果:二组患者间WBC、NEU%及CRP的差异不明显(P>0.05)。伴有心房颤动的二尖瓣置换手术患者其LA径及外周血中ACE含量均高于窦性心律的患者,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。伴心房颤动患者的LA径与外周血ACE含量呈直线相关,多元回归分析显示:心房颤动与LA径及外周血ACE有关。结论:二尖瓣置换手术患者其持续性心房颤动与外周血ACE含量升高有关。

摘要:
采用PCR和breath by breath方法,对上海汉族55名优秀游泳运动员、60名优秀赛艇运动员和85名汉族普通人的ACE基因I/D多态性和VO2max进行检测.结果显示:1)上海汉族优秀游泳和赛艇运动员ACE基因的基因型和等位基因频率与上海和成都地区汉族普通人组无明显差异(P>0.05);与Caucasian人群相比,均存在非常显著性差异(P<0.0001),表现出明显的民族和地区的差异性;游泳和赛艇项目健将和一级运动员间的基因型和等位基因频率分布,存在明显差异(P<0.05);游泳运动员水平越高,Ⅱ型所占比例就越高,赛艇运动员中水平越高,ID型的比例越大;2)不同基因型的游泳运动员的VO2max、VO2max/kg、VCO2max、VEmax、O2-plusemax、Wmax和Tmax等指标,均表现为Ⅱ型>DD型>ID型,Ⅱ型明显优于ID型(P<0.05~0.01),而赛艇运动员则表现为ID型>Ⅱ型>DD型,ID明显优于DD型(P<0.05~0.01).结果提示,游泳项目中具有Ⅱ基因型或Ⅰ等位基因的运动员,赛艇项目中具有ID基因型或Ⅰ等位基因的运动员,可能属于运动训练敏感的高反应群体,经过多年系统科学的训练,具有成为优秀运动员的可能.ACE基因I/D多态性可作为运动训练和选材中高敏感的、非常重要的遗传标记之一.

Acetes chinensis obtained from Bo Hai Gulf is a valuable protein source. It was digested by protease produced by Bacillus sp. SM98011. The angintensin I-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory activity of hydrolysate was investigated. IC50 value of hydrolysate was 0.98mg/ml. IC50 value of the ultrafiltrate of the hydrolysate with MW cut-off 3000 KDa increased up to 0.22 mg/ml. Peptide fractions in the ultrafiltrate was separated with Sephadex G-15 gel chromatography. The most potent fractions were fractionated by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The three new inhibitory peptides for ACE were purified and sequenced after successive chromatographic isolation. They were Phe-Cys-Val-Leu-Arg-Pro, Ile-Phe-Val-Pro-Ala-Phe and Lys-Pro-Pro-Glu-Thr-Val, with IC50 values of 13.4 礛, 3.2 礛 and 24.1 礛, respectively. The results demonstrate that Acetes chinensis was a promising protein source for the production of ACE inhibitory peptides ,which can be used as materials for antihypertensive functional foods.
