为探讨紫茎泽兰根脱毒腐解后能否在蓝桉育苗中利用,确定最佳施用量.本研究采用相似相溶原理,用无水乙醇对紫茎泽兰根进行脱毒,并对脱毒根的残渣进行腐解.采用盆栽试验,将30,60,90 g脱毒腐解后的根粉末与1.0 kg沙土充分混合,以不添加粉末的沙土为对照,研究脱毒腐解后的根粉末处理对蓝桉种子萌发(发芽率、发芽势、发芽速率、萌发指数),幼苗生长(高度、冠幅面积、地径、根长)及生物量(单株干质量、根干质量、茎干质量、叶干质量)的影响.结果表明:不同质量脱毒腐解后的根粉末处理对蓝桉种子萌发、幼苗生长及生物量均有极显著或显著影响.种子萌发、幼苗生长及生物量各指标随着处理质量增大先增大、后减少,均与处理质量呈极显著或显著的二次抛物线关系.种子萌发各指标达到最大时的最佳处理质量为12.1~30.7 g,幼苗生长各指标达到最大时的最佳处理质量为33.6~42.5 g,生物量各指标达到最大时的最佳处理质量为29.4~50.0 g.研究表明:紫茎泽兰根脱毒腐解后具有有机肥增产效应,可作为蓝桉育苗基质,但在应用中应采用最佳处理质量及根粉末与沙土的配比.%In order to discuss whether the root of Eupatorium adenophorum after detoxification and decom?position could be used in the breeding of Eucalyptus globulus,the best application amount was determined.In this study,absolute ethanol was used to remove the toxic substances of E. adenophorum root powder with the principle of similarity,and the powder was decomposed after that. By pot experiment,30,60,90 g root powder after detoxification and decomposition were fully mixed with 1.0 kg sandy soil,and using sandy soil without root powder as control,the effect of root powder treatment on E. globulus seed germination ( germination rate,germi?nation potential, germination speed and germination index ) , seedling growth ( seedling height, crown area, ground diameter and root length) ,biomass ( single plant dry weight,root dry weight,stem dry weight and leaf dry weight) were studied.The results were as follows.The treatment with different amounts of root powder sig?nificantly or very significantly influenced E. globulus seed germination,seedling growth and biomass.The indi?ces of seed germination,seedling growth and biomass increased with the increase of the treatment amount. Be?yond a certain threshold,however,further increases in treatment amount resulted in a reversion to the develop?ment.A quadratic parabola proved to be the best fit between the indices and the treatment amount all at a sig?nificant correlation of P<0.01 or P<0.05.When the indices of seed germination reached the maximum,the opti?mum dosage was 12.1-30.7 g.When the indices of seedling growth reached the maximum,the optimum dosage was 33.6-42.5 g.The detoxification of E.adenophorum root has the effect of increasing the yield of organic fer?tilizer,and it can be used as the substrate for the cultivation of E. globulus,but the best treatment quality and the ratio of root powder to sandy soil should be used in the application.
