[目的]为寻找黄檀优良种源,[方法]从江苏丘陵山区海拔150 m以下的阳坡选择无病虫害、生长状况基本一致的黄檀11株,采种后进行实验室发芽和田间育苗试验.[结果]11株黄檀的优良程度由高到低排序为11、10、2、3、5、6、9、7、8、4、1,其中前4株为优良母树,依次为连云港海州锦屏山(11号)、盱眙铁山寺(10号)、金坛茅东林场三角山(2号)和石墱头(3号);中间4株为一般母树,依次为江苏农林职业技术学院茶博园凤凰山(5号)、句容市磨盘林场大山口(6号)、徐州市林场泉山(9号)和句容市宝华山锅底洼(7号);最后3株为较差母树,他们是句容市东进林场房基(8号)、金坛市茅东林场积金峰(4号)和溧阳市瓦屋山林场瓦屋山(1号).[结论]试验结果将为开发利用优良黄檀种质资源、采集黄檀良种和大量繁殖黄檀优质种苗提供科学依据.%[Objective]In order to find out the superior improved variety of Dalbergia hupeana,[Methods]in the sunny slope 150 m below sea level of the hilly mountains of Jiangsu,11 mother trees of D.hupeana,which is basically con-sistent with no pests and diseases were collected,the germination experiment was carried out in laboratory and the seedling experiment was carried out in nursery.[Results]The result showed that the excellent degree of 11 mother trees of D.hupeana from high to low was 11,10,2,3,5,6,9,7,8,4,1,of which there are four excellent mother trees,fol-lowed by Lianyungang Haizhou Jinping Mountain(No.11),Xuyi Iron Mountain Temple(No.10),Jintan Mao Dong Forest Farm Triangle Hill(No.2)and Stone Hill(No.3),there are four general mother trees in the middle,followed by Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry Phoenix Mountain(No.5),Jurong Mill Forest Farm Das-hankou(No.6),Xuzhou Forest Farm Spring Mountain(No.9)and Jurong Baohua Mountain Guodiwa(No.7)there are three poor mother trees in the end,followed by Jurong Dongjin Forest Farm Fangji(No.8),Jintan Mao Dong For-est Farm Jijin Peak(No.4)and Liyang Wawu Mountain(No.1).[Conclusion]The result of the study will provide sci-entific basis for the development and utilization of D.hupeana germplasm resources,collecting improved D.hupeana variety and seedling-raising.
