    • 摘要: 为了检测重金属铅离子对实验红鲫的生物毒性效应,以实验红鲫为受试鱼类,观察实验红鲫在不同浓度重金属铅溶液中的生长情况、死亡率、异常状态以及血红细胞微核和核异常情况,并检测血液中乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)的变化情况指标,分析不同浓度的铅对实验红鲫生理状态的影响.结果发现与空白对照组相比,实验红鲫在安全浓度范围内未出现死亡,生长状态良好,随着重金属铅浓度的不断增加,核异常率明显发生变化,血液中的乳酸脱氢酶也有明显的变化.

    • 摘要: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of some chemicals on stabilization/solidification of Pb2+ using cementitiou materials,mixed by blast furnace slag,silica fume and cement clinker.The samples were first mixed with sodium sulfide,thiourea,sodium dihydrogen phosphate,sodium phosphate,ferrous sulfate,ferric sulfate and heavy metal chelating agents,respectively,then with the cementitious materials.Comparison about their compressive strength,heavy metal leachability,hydration products' crystalline phases and micro-structures,were carried out on a micro-scale level by means of X-ray diffraction,sequential extraction method,electron probe microanalysis.Results showed that the addition of sulfide led to an aggregation of Pb and S,the added ferrite encouraged the hydration and compressive strength,and the heavy metal chelating agents led to the migration of Pb from unstable state to stable state.%针对化学药剂的添加对矿渣胶凝材料固化稳定化Pb“效果的影响进行了研究.首先分别采用硫化钠、硫脲、磷酸二氢钠、磷酸钠、硫酸铁、硫酸亚铁、有机重金属螯合剂对pb2进行化学稳定化,再进行矿渣胶凝材料固化.其中单一矿渣胶凝材料固化作为对比样,通过抗压强度测定、TCLP浸出、XRD、连续化学萃取、电子探针对各固化体的水化产物,Pb的化学形态迁移以及分布特征进行对比分析.结果表明:硫化物的掺入使Pb和S在水化产物中发生了聚集,铁酸盐的掺入促进了水化进程,提高了强度,螯合剂的掺入使Pb化学形态由不稳定态向稳定态发生迁移.

    • 摘要: 以狐尾藻为原料,多聚磷酸为活化剂制备活性炭,用于吸附溶液中的Pb(Ⅱ).并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、Zeta电位、热重(TG)和比表面积测定仪(BET)对产品进行表征.结果表明,在多聚磷酸质量分数为45%,活化温度为300°C时,所制备的狐尾藻活性炭对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附率可达到91.75%.

    • 摘要: 针对传统选锑活化剂硝酸铅所存在的诸多问题,对锑品位为3.18%、硫化锑占总锑的95.60%的湖南某锑矿石进行了无铅活化浮选试验.结果显示,矿石在磨矿细度为-74 μm占89.30%的情况下,以硫酸铜+硫酸铁+硫酸亚铁(质量配合比为1∶1∶1)为活化剂,以丁基黄药+MA-1(质量配合比为2∶3)为捕收剂,采用1粗3精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,获得了锑品位为46.15%、回收率为95.04%的锑精矿,表明硫酸铜+硫酸铁+硫酸亚铁是辉锑矿浮选的良好无铅活化剂.%In view of the shortcomings of traditional antimony selective activator lead nitrate,antimony ore was tested by lead-free activated flotation with an antimony content of 3.18% and an antimony sulfide content of 95.60% of the total antimony ore in Hunan province.The tests results indicated that under conditions of ore in the grinding fineness of-74 μm accounted for 89.30%,good beneficiation indexes were obtained with stibnite concentrate grade of 46.15% Sb and recovery of 95.04% with copper sulfate,ferric sulfate and ferrous sulfate (mass mixing ratio is 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1) as the activator,with butyl xanthate+MA -1 (quality mixture ratio of 2 ∶ 3) as the collector,and by a closed-circuit flotation with one roughing,two stages of scavenging and three stages of cleaning.The experimental results showed that copper sulfate + ferrous sulfate + ferrous sulfate is a good lead-free activator for flotation of stibnite ore.

    • 摘要: 铅与硝酸的反应比较复杂,在无机化学教材和相关资料中对铅与硝酸反应的阐述不一致,这将不利于学生在无机化学学习中对铅的基本性质的掌握.针对无机化学教材中存在的问题,本文通过大量实验探究了铅与硝酸反应的条件以及硝酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间等对铅与硝酸反应的影响,并考查了硝酸铅在不同浓度硝酸中溶解度的变化,利用红外光谱(IR)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对铅与浓硝酸的反应产物进行了表征,明确了铅易溶于稀硝酸而在浓硝酸中溶解度小的实质.

    • 摘要: A method for the determination of aluminum content in solid propellant with fluoride replacement-ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) titrimetry was reported in this paper. An excess EDTA solution was added to aluminum solution and completed the complexation with aluminum ions, with xylenol orange as indicator, the excess of EDTA was dropped back with a standard solution of Pb2+, then, fluoride was added and boiled, which released the same amount of EDTA as aluminum, through the titration of the Pb2+ standard solution, the mass fraction of aluminum was calculated. This method can be used to analyze the aluminum content in gunpowder, explosive, propellant, solid propellant and others, the relative standard deviation is 0.1%~0.2%(n=6),the accuracy up to 98%.%采用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)络合-氟盐取代滴定法测定固体推进剂中的铝含量.向铝溶液中加入过量的EDTA溶液,使其与溶液中的铝离子完全络合,以二甲酚橙为指示剂,用铅的标准溶液回滴过量EDTA,加入氟化物并煮沸,释放出与铝等量的EDTA,再用铅的标准溶液滴定,由此计算铝的质量分数.该方法可用于分析火炸药、发射药、固体推进剂等中的铝含量,其相对标准偏差在0.1%~0.2%之间(n=6),准确度达98%以上.

    • 摘要: 对广西北海地区的钛铁矿砂矿尾矿进行了系统浮选试验研究,钛铁矿砂矿尾矿由原矿经过重选和磁选得到.研究表明,Pb(NO3)2对钛铁矿有活化作用,主要是由于 Pb2+与钛铁矿发生特性吸附,提高了油酸钠对钛铁矿的捕收能力.以硫酸和水玻璃作为调整剂,Pb(NO3)2作为活化剂,油酸钠作为捕收剂进行浮选,在硫酸用量900 g /t,水玻璃用量400 g /t,Pb(NO3)2用量30 g /t,油酸钠用量450 g /t 的药剂制度条件下,经过一次粗选、两次精选的闭路浮选流程,可得到 TiO2品位为39.55%,回收率为54.61%的钛精矿.%A series of flotation experiments on ilmenite placer tailings in Beihai area,Guangxi Province were performed and the ilmenite placer tailings were obtained through gravity separation and magnetic separation.The experimental results showed that Pb (NO3 )2 activates ilmenite because Pb2 + has specific adsorption on ilmenite and thus the capacity to collect ilmenite by sodium oleate is increased.The sodium silicate and sulfuric acid were used as regulators, Pb(NO3 )2 was used as activator and sodium oleate was used as collector.Under the conditions of sulfuric acid(900 g /t),sodium silicate(400 g /t),Pb(NO3 )2 (30 g /t),sodium oleate(450 g /t), the ilmenite concentrate recovery of 54.61 % and the TiO2 grade of 39.55% can be obtained by a closed flotation circuit of one rough and two concentrations.
