    • 摘要: Reforms in social governance are promoted by changes in social environments.Social governance models cannot be constant,and the rise of every innovative governance model is inseparable from an ever-changing society.The theoretical connotation of the collaborative innovation model in regional social governance is mainly reflected in its agents,actions,and processes.The fundamental requirements of the collaborative innovation model in regional social governance are de-administration and market-based.The key elements of the collaborative regional social governance model include:delegating power from central authorities,transferring selected social governance affairs,enhancing the development of governance capabilities in social governance agents,diversifying these agents by giving full play to the agency to strengthen the concept of collaborative governance for social governance agents,strengthening the establishment of the governance system,and ensuring the normal progress of the governance processes.The collaborative innovation model in regional social governance should be built in three aspects:a system of institutional norms,an evaluation indicator system,and law-based collaborative governance.

    • 摘要: The quick spread of the epidemic since 2019 together with fast advancing of technology has exposed teachers to online education,including Teaching Chinese as a Second Language(TCSL)classrooms.Some Chinese as a Second Language(CSL)teachers were reluctant to utilize technology tools in their teaching due to the lack of technological knowledge.Thus,this study designed a CSL curriculum with the lens of the TPACK framework(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge).Nearpod was specifically adopted as a web-based technology tool to support the teaching Chinese language due to its powerful functions provided.Nearpod allows teachers to design interactive activities in multiple ways to facilitate interactions and collaboration in the CSL learning process.This paper aimed to help Chinese teachers improve their understanding of how to effectively integrate technology into CSL teaching.Chinese teachers will develop a deeper comprehension of distance teaching from the perspectives of technology,pedagogy,and content knowledge,enhance students’deeper learning,and promote interaction and collaboration in L2 class.The effective use of the technology can develop language skills in a meaningful context knowledge with the guidance of pedagogical content knowledge.

    • 摘要: Longquan Museum in Zhejiang province has capitalized on its unique cultural asset of Longquan Celadon to promote inter-museum collaboration.It has so far established partnership with the Palace Museum in Beijing,the Song Porcelain Museum in Sichuan,the Maritime Silk Road Museum in Guangdong,Zhejiang Provincial Museum,Fudan University,China National Silk Museum,and Beijing Art Museum.

    • 摘要: As a new interdisciplinary field,synthetic biology has led to valuable innovations in the fields of medicine,chemistry,agriculture,energy and environment.In this paper,we systematically review the development status of global synthetic biology in the past six years,and make an in-depth benchmarking analysis of the field in China.With the aid of Scopus and SciVal,we analyze the scholarly output of synthetic biology in the world and individual countries,including publication distribution,popular journals and eminent institutions.Furthermore,the research focus and concepts,citation impact and collaborations are also examined using numerical index methods such as the field-weighted citation impact(FWCI)and relative activity index(RAI),showing the differences between data more intuitively.This study aims to offer a comprehensive understanding of the research status of synthetic biology in China and the world,offering a benchmarked overview of the results as a reference to guide the development of this field in the future.

    • 摘要: With the development of information and communication technology and the advent of the Internet of Things(IoT)era,cyber-physical system(CPS)is becoming the trend of products or systems.The deep integration and real-time interaction between the physical world and the virtual world expand system functions.Although there are some CPS implementation guidelines,the virtual world is still relatively abstract compared to the concrete physical world that can be touched through the IoT.Besides that,human is a non-negligible CPS endogenous interactive intelligent component.In this paper,we propose a triple human-digital twin architecture,where the physical objects and the digital twins that are the projections of the physical entities establish the cornerstone of human functioning together.And the hierarchically distributed digital twins grow dynamically with the physical entities along the lifecycle.Furthermore,the interaction and collaboration among the physical objects,the digital twins,and the humans in their respective worlds(the expected world,the interpreted world,and the physical world)integrate the full value chain of the products in anticipation of seamless synergy.Finally,we present a power management digital companion platform for the lunar probe to demonstrate the efficacy of the architecture.

    • 摘要: China’s first overseas cultural center adds vibrancy to bilateral cooperation A classic Chinese-style building in Bell Village in Port Louis, Mauritius’ capital, aptly serves as the base of the first overseas Chinese Cultural Center(CCC) in the country. Then Mauritian Prime Minister Anerood Jugnauth noted during the opening ceremony on July 11, 1988, that the CCC is a symbol of China and Mauritius’ commitment to long-term collaboration.

    • 摘要: This study examines the transaction costs of collaborative watershed management in the Cuyahoga River Area of Concern(AOC)—one of the 43 geographic areas designated by the U.S.and Canada Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement(GLWQA),where significant impairment of beneficial uses has occurred as a result of human activities.The Cuyahoga River is located in Northeast Ohio,the U.S.and flows through the City of Cleveland before draining into Lake Erie—one of the five Great Lakes of North America.The watershed is degraded due to municipal and agricultural discharges,streambank erosion,and contamination from urban and industrial sources.This research explores how a diverse group of stakeholders convened under the Cuyahoga River AOC Advisory Committee to share information,coordinate activities,agree on activities that restore beneficial uses,and support strategic management actions.In this study,23 semi-structured interviews with members of the advisory committee were conducted between January 28,2020 and April 20,2020,with follow-up emails and phone calls as needed to corroborate information.A review of research articles and government documents supported the interviews,including United States Environmental Protection Agency(U.S.EPA)and Ohio Environment Production Agency(OEPA)reports on the GLWQA and Cuyahoga River Remedial Action Plans.A third source of data is from direct participant observation at quarterly meetings of the advisory committee during 2017–2020,binational AOC conferences in 2017 and 2019,and other professional events geared towards restoring the Cuyahoga River AOC in 2016–2020.Results of this study include a set of recommendations to help guide group structure and decision-making processes,including(1)employing best available technology to organize AOC events and disseminate information;(2)supporting new members with an orientation and/or mentor to clearly define formal and informal committee rules;(3)assuring equal access to detailed information on management action plans with a real time dashboard;(4)updating voting procedures and the prioritization of management actions;and(5)better incorporating underrepresented local communities and highlevel decision makers from municipalities,government agencies,and nongovernmental organizations located within the Cuyahoga River AOC.Results help to explain the collaborative process within the advisory committee and measure the institutional performance of the advisory committee in terms of efficiency,equitability,accountability,and adaptability.
    • 摘要: Dear Members,Dear Colleagues,Dear Friends,It is our great pleasure and honor to invite you to particpate in the 5th International Congress of the iLDLT Group that will take place in Brussels on Friday October 15 and Saturday 16,2021.This event will be organised in collaboration with the Belgian Section of Hepato-Bilo-Pancreatic Surgery(BSHBPS)of the Royal Belgian Society for Surgery(RBSS).Indeed the XXIst annual,Postgraduate Course of the BHBPS has been officially integrated in the iLDLT Congress.The biennial iLDLT meeting follows the very successful previous ones,which took place twice in Seoul(SKr)and once in Dallas(US)and Kaohsiung(China).As the Western world still hesitates to embrace this therapeutic modality,the iLDLTG council found it opportune to“export”the congress to Europe.
