    • 摘要: 烟草青枯病是由青枯雷尔氏菌(Ralstoniasolanacearum)引起的土传细菌性病害,常造成重大经济损失,筛选高抗、良好生态适应性的种质资源是选育青枯病抗病品种、防治烟草青枯病的重要基础.为明确不同烟草种质对青枯病抗性的差异,筛选出优良的抗性材料,本研究在彭水田间自然发病地块连续2年(2020年和2021年)对不同烟草品种进行田间抗病评价.结果表明,供试抗性烟草品种的病程发展曲线下面积显著低于感病对照品种红花大金元、长脖黄、翠碧一号;依据抗性等级划分,在2年的发病高峰期(2020年8月15日和2021年8月22日),均表现抗病的供试品种为“岩烟97”和“6036”,“岩烟97”连续2年的病情指数分别为12.73和3.89,“6036”连续2年的病情指数分别为3.70和15.65.综合来看,本研究通过抗性评价明确了“岩烟97”和“6036”对青枯病的抗性最强,且抗性稳定,育种潜力较大,可作为后续高抗品种的参考材料.

    • 摘要: 以10个不同基因型烟草品种为试材,通过盆栽方式,研究铅胁迫下不同基因型烟草的铅吸收、运转及积累特性,以筛选出铅低集聚型烟草用于烤烟的安全生产及铅高富集型烟草用于铅污染土壤的改良。结果表明:随着外源铅浓度的增加,烟草铅含量表现为上升趋势,不同浓度铅胁迫下不同基因型烟草的生物量、铅含量、铅积累量、耐性指数、转运系数存在显著差异。在0、500、1000 mg·kg^(-1)铅浓度胁迫下烟草品种K326(G10)叶片铅含量比云烟87(G3)分别高33%、61%、104%,比LY1306(G7)分别高33%、43%、50%;G7根系铅含量比G3分别高84%、109%、220%,比G10分别高21%、18%、167%;G7整株平均铅含量比G3分别高100%、93%、153%,较G10分别高2%、17%、61%。综上,云烟87可用于烟草安全生产,K326可用于铅污染土壤的修复,LY1306由于转运系数显著低于其他基因型烟草,因此叶片铅含量较低,可用于烟草安全生产和铅污染土壤的修复。

    • 摘要: 为解析碳纳米溶胶促进烟草钾素吸收的生理机制,利用砂培试验和非损伤微测技术(Non-invasive micro-test technology,NMT),研究了碳纳米溶胶对4个烟草品种K+通道基因表达、根系K+流速、植株钾素吸收和积累的影响.结果表明:碳纳米溶胶能促进烟草K+内流通道基因的表达,促进K+内流,抑制K+外流,且不同品种、不同部位的K+通道基因对碳纳米溶胶的响应各不相同.在碳纳米溶胶处理下,RG17、鄂烟1号、云烟87和中烟100的K+外流通道基因NTORK1表达量相比对照分别降低31.1%、59.9%、25.6%和32.0%;K+内流通道基因NKT1在鄂烟1号和云烟87根系中的表达显著增加,增幅分别为210.6%和130.9%.碳纳米溶胶处理增加了各烟草品种根系的K+流速,与对照相比,RG17、鄂烟1号、云烟87和中烟100经碳纳米溶胶处理后K+内流速率分别增加38.17、39.71、13.96、8.61 pmol·cm-2·s-1.此外,经碳纳米溶胶处理后,鄂烟1号、云烟87和中烟100植株钾素积累量较对照分别增加了18.6%、15.6%和46.6%.可见,碳纳米溶胶通过调节根系K+通道基因的表达可增强根系对钾素的吸收并促进烟草体内钾素的积累,但不同烟草品种对碳纳米溶胶的响应存在明显差异.

    • 摘要: 试验探索云南4个主要栽培烟草品种的烟草黑胫病潜育期.结果显示,红花大金元潜育期最短,为9 d;其次是云烟87和云烟85;K326潜育期最长,为21 d,不同品种对烟草黑胫病的抗性不同,抗性越高,潜育期越长,反之亦然.

    • 摘要: 为了明确河南省烟田烟蚜[Myzus persicae(Sulzer)]生长繁殖的最适烟草寄主,分析了不同烟草品种个体发育及烟蚜在不同烟草品种上的生长发育历期、存活率和繁殖力等,获得了净增殖率、周限增长率、内禀增长率、平均世代周期、种群加倍时间等生命表参数,并比较了不同烟草品种上烟蚜的扩繁量和平均产仔量.结果显示,18个烟草品种中许金4号、长脖黄2248、竖把2129、螺丝头2474、大柳叶2013、大白筋599和NC89的成苗时间最短,约46 d,庆胜2号和革新1号成苗时间最长,约60 d;若蚜历期在长脖黄2248上最长(7.91 d),大竖把2141上最短(5.91 d);成虫生殖期在革新3号、中烟100、Y106、大柳叶2012和竖把2129上均大于12.00 d;世代历期在革新3号上最长(24.60 d),大白筋599上最短(12.42 d),大白筋2505、长脖黄2248、革新1号、竖把2129、螺丝头2474和大柳叶2013上接近平均值,均为20 d左右;单头烟蚜总产仔量为庆胜2号>螺丝头2474>中烟100>竖把2129>竖把2135,且均>40头,其他烟草品种上单头烟蚜总平均产仔量均小于40头;大柳叶2012、大竖把2141、庆胜2号、竖把2129、螺丝头2474、竖把2135及中烟100内禀增长率rm高于其他供试烟草品种,表明相同条件下烟蚜偏好取食大柳叶2012、大竖把2141、庆胜2号、竖把2129、竖把2135、螺丝头2474和中烟100烟草品种;但大柳叶2012、大竖把2141、庆胜2号和竖把2135上烟蚜的繁殖量较少.可见,在18个供试烟草品种中,烟草竖把2129和螺丝头2474最适于烟蚜的扩繁.%To investigate the optimal tobacco host of Myzus persicae (Sulzer), its individual development on different tobacco varieties and the developmental duration, population survival rate and fecundity of M. persicae were analyzed. The life table parameters such as net reproductive rate (R0), finite increase rate ( λ ), intrinsic increase rate (rm), mean generation time (T), population doubling time (t) were obtained, and the propagation quantity and the average reproduction of M. persicae on different tobacco varieties were compared. The results showed that Xujin 4, Changbohuang 2248, Shuba 2129, Luositou 2474, Daliuye 2013, Dabaijin 599 and NC89 had the shortest seedling time (about 46 d). Qingsheng 2 and Gexin 1 had the longest seedling time (about 60d). The developmental duration of nymph was the longest and the shortest on Changbohuang 2248 (7.91 d) and Dashuba 2141 (5.91 d), respectively. The generative phases of adult M. Persicae on Gexin 3, Zhongyan 100,Y106, Daliuye 2012 and Shuba 2129 were more than 12.00 d. The generation durations of Gexin 3 and Dabaijin 599 were the longest (24.60 d) and the shortest (12.42 d), respectively. The generation durations of Dabaijin 2505, Changbohuang 2248, Gexin 1, Shuba 2129, Luositou 2474 and Daliuye 2013 were around the average value (about 20 d). The reproduction quantity of single M. persicae on different hosts was Qingsheng 2>Luositou 2474>Zhongyan 100>Shuba 2129>Shuba 2135>40, and that of the other tobacco varieties was less than 40. The rm of M. persicae in Daliuye 2012, Dashuba 2141, Qingsheng 2, Shuba 2129, Luositou 2474, Shuba 2135 and Zhongyan 100 was higher than that of the other tobacco varieties. In conclusion, with otherwise identical conditions, M. persicae preferred feeding on Daliuye 2012, Dashuba 2141, Qingsheng 2, Shuba 2129, Shuba 2135, Luositou 2474 and Zhongyan 100. However, the propagation quantities of M. persicae on Daliuye 2012, Dashuba 2141, Qingsheng 2 and Shuba 2135 were less. Therefore, Shuba 2129 and Luositou 2474 are most suitable for the propagation of M. persicae among the 18 tobacco varieties studied.

    • 摘要: 为明确不同烟草品种对烟粉虱的抗性,本研究对烟粉虱在不同烟草品种上的发生数量和危害情况进行田间调查.2016年对13个烟草品种抗烟粉虱的调查结果显示,高感品种有中烟100、LY2829、Y7478、LJ0520,感品种有QY201、LY30605、CF232、Y056、CT141,中抗品种有NC89、贵烟6号,抗性品种有NC55、Y8123.2017年对11个烟草品种抗烟粉虱的调查结果显示,高感品种有中烟100、延安1号、云烟87,感品种有LY937、CF228、Y077,中抗品种有CF234、K326、LJ982,抗性品种有NC89、NC55.综合2016、2017年的调查结果可知,NC55对烟粉虱的抗性最高,NC89次之,中烟100抗性最低.%In order to clear the resistance of different tobacco varieties against Bemisia tabaci, we investigated the occurrence number and harm status of Bemisia tabaci on tobacco varieties in the field. Thirteen tobacco varieties were surveyed in 2016. The corresponding results showed that Zhongyan 100, LY2829, Y7478 and LJ0520 were the high susceptible varieties. QY201, LY30605, CF232, Y056 and CT141 were the susceptible varieties. NC89 and Guiyan 6 were the medium resistant varieties. NC55 and Y8123 were the resistant varieties. Eleven tobacco varieties were investigated in 2017. The corresponding results showed that Zhongyan 100, Yan'an 1 and Yunyan 87 were the high susceptible varieties. LY937, CF228 and Y077 were the susceptible varieties. CF234, K326 and LJ982 were the medium resistant varieties. NC89 and NC55 were the resistant varieties. By comprehensive analyses of the results in 2016 and 2017, it was indicated that NC55 had the highest resistance against Bemisia tabaci, followed by NC89, and Zhongyan 100 had the lowest resistance.

    • 摘要: 清洁级雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常空气对照组和2个烟气暴露处理组(T-1,T-2),全烟气暴露法染毒,分别于28,56 d取脾组织采用免疫组织化学法测定Bax和Bcl-2的表达水平,分析Bcl-2/Bax值,比较不同基因型烟草对大鼠脾组织凋亡相关蛋白表达的影响.结果表明,与对照组相比,染毒后大鼠脾白髓(WP)中Bcl-2的水平显著上升(P<0.05),Bax的水平无明显变化(P> 0.05),Bcl-2/Bax值均明显升高且T-2组显著高于T-1组(P<0.05);脾红髓(RP)中Bcl-2和Bax的水平显著上升(P<0.05),但Bcl-2/Bax值均明显下降(P<0.05),且T-1与T-2组间无显著差异(P>0.05).不同基因型烟草对大鼠脾组织凋亡相关蛋白的表达存在明显差异,这可能与不同基因型烟草化学成分不同有关,Bcl-2/Bax值有可能作为评价烟草体内毒理学效应的潜在指标.%To compare the effects of different genotype tobacco on expression of apoptosis related proteins in rat spleen tissue,the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax were analyzed.Twenty-four male SD rats were divided into control group and two treatment groups(T-1 and T-2) randomly,and the experimental animals were exposed to tobacco smoke,respectively.The spleen tissues were sampled at 28 d and 56 d,and the levels of Bax and Bcl-2 were detected with immunohistochemical method,then the Bcl-2/Bax were analyzed.The result showed that compared with control group,the Bcl-2 levels in white pulp (WP) increased significantly (P <0.05),but there were no obvious change with Bax expression(P > 0.05),resulting in a significant increase of Bcl-2/Bax (P < 0.05),and the Bcl-2/Bax in T-2 group was significantly higher than that in T-1 group (P < 0.05).Meanwhile,the levels of Bcl-2 and Bax in red pulp (RP) both increased significantly (P < 0.05),but the Bcl-2/Bax decreased obviously (P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between T-1 and T-2 group(P> 0.05).There were differences in the effects of different genotype tobacco on the expression of apoptosis related proteins in the spleen tissue of rats.This may be related to the differences of the chemical components between two genotype tobacco.In addition,the Bcl-2/Bax could be a potential indicator for evaluating the toxicological effects of tobacco in vivo.
