摘要:
漫湾水电站位于中国云南省西部云县和景东县交界处的漫湾河口下游1公里的澜沧江中游河段上,距临沧140公里。电站于1986年开建,1995年一期建成,工程装机容量125万千瓦,二期装机容量为30万千瓦,2004年开工,2007年5月建成投入使用,2008年并购田坝电站1台12万千瓦机组,总装机容量提升至167万千瓦,呈“一厂三站”式分布。

In order to solve the problems such as slow sending speed and unreliable system of the short message alarm system of Manwan Hydropower Station computer monitoring system,the short message alarm system is adopted to send the alarm information quickly and reliably through adopting various channel SMS alarm.This paper discusses the design and implementation of multi-channel SMS alarm system in Manwan Hydropower Station from the aspects of existing problems,needs analysis,design and realization,and further optimization of content.The advantages and shortcomings of SMS alarm system are analyzed.%为了解决漫湾水电站计算机监控系统短信报警系统发送速度慢、系统不可靠等问题,通过采用多种通道短信报警的方式实现了短信报警系统快速、可靠地发送报警信息.从存在的问题、需求分析、设计与实现、进一步优化内容等方面讨论了漫湾水电站多通道短信报警系统的设计与实现,分析了短信报警系统的优点和不足,并提出了后期优化完善目标.

以云南省漫湾水电站为研究对象,结合区域内的地貌、水文、土壤、生物资源等实际情况,采用PSR(压力-状态-响应)模型,与自然、社会、经济模型相结合,根据指标特性,运用综合评价法建立漫湾水电站土地生态安全评价模型.结果显示,漫湾水电站的土地生态安全状态处于预警与较安全状态之间.针对其存在的土地生态安全问题,提出对策与建议.

摘要:
为了彻底解决传统水电站信号重复采集以及电磁干扰等方面的问题,大中型水电站应该实现全面的数字化。研究了数字化水电站应具备的3个基本特征,即一次设备智能化、二次设备网络化和通信标准化。以漫湾水电站数字化建设的系统架构为例,在该系统架构的一体化平台、自动化元件数字化等关键技术的基础上,设计出了适合于漫湾水电站的数字化建设方案。研究结果表明,在现阶段,我国大中型水电站要实现数字化在技术上完全是可行的;实施数字化改造以后,将使水电站设备运行的可靠性得到提高,并能使水电站的经济运行水平和经济效益得以明显提升。%In order to solve the problems of repeated signal acquisition and signal electromagnetic interference in traditional large and medium hydropower station, the digitization renovation should be realized. We discussed 3 basic characteristics of the digitization hydropower station: primary device intelligence, secondary equipment cyberization and communication standardiza-tion. On the basis of the study on key technologies such as integration platform and digitization of automation component, we de-signed the digitization solution of Manwan Hydropower Station. The research shows that the digital hydropower station is complete-ly feasible in technology, and the digital reformation will improve the reliability of equipment, significantly enhance the economic operation level and benefits of the power plant.

摘要:
运用MATLAB采用遗传算法对水电站厂内机组负荷分配情况进行模拟计算,在发电量满足调度要求并保证安全优质的情况下对机组负荷分配进行调整,优化机组运行使电站的耗流量减少;并对计算数据进行分析,研究峰谷负荷差对耗流量的影响。结果显示,峰谷负荷差对电站耗流量的影响可以做出定量的分析,该结论对于制定峰谷时差电价有一定指导意义,对于安排水电站优化运行,提高水电站运行效率有十分重要的现实意义。%The unit load allocation of Manwan Hydropower Station is simulated by using MATLAB based on genetic algorithm. The model can adjust unit load distribution and optimize unit operation under the premise of consuming less water quantity, meeting scheduling requirements and ensuring safe and high-quality power generation. The calculation data are also analyzed to study the influence of difference between peak and valley load on water consumption. The result shows that the influence of difference between peak and valley load on water consumption can be quantitatively calculated. The conclusion has an important practical significance for the development of peak pricing and the improvement of generation efficiency.

摘要:
As the important basis for disaster prevention and alleviation, water resources optimization and hydropow-er station operation, medium-long term forecast is the focus and difficulty of hydrological work. In order to study the applicability of different mathematical models, artificial neural network, nearest neighbor bootstrapping regression and linear regression were selected to simulate the monthly runoff of Manwan reservoir. The simulated runoff out of three models were compared, based on which the NNBR model with relatively higher simulation accuracy was adopt-ed to constitute the monthly runoff forecasting program of Manwan Reservoir.%水文中长期预报作为防灾减灾以及进行水资源优化调度、水电站运行管理的重要依据,一直是水文工作中的重点和难点。为了探究不同数学模型在漫湾水库的适用性,选定人工神经网络、最近邻抽样回归、线性回归3个模型对漫湾水库进行月径流模拟,并将各个模型的模拟径流进行对比和精度评价。最终选定模拟精度较高的最近邻抽样回归方法建立漫湾水库月径流来水预报方案。
