    • 摘要: 以环烷基基础油和链烷基基础油调合配制的不同烃类结构组成的橡胶油作热熔压敏胶(HMPSA)的增塑剂,研究橡胶油烃类结构组成对HMPSA持粘性和剥离强度的影响。结果表明,橡胶油中环烷烃含量越大,HMPSA的持粘性越好,180°剥离强度越大。

    • 摘要: 研究硫化胶中橡胶油含量的测定.采用溶剂抽提法得到硫化胶的抽出物,并对其抽出物进行硅胶柱层析,建立了硫化胶中橡胶油含量的测定方法.该方法测定的硫化胶中橡胶油质量分数最大相对标准偏差为2.3%,回收率为88.0%~104.1%.该方法操作简便,重复性好,结果准确、可靠.

    • 摘要: A method for analysing aromatics content in rubber oil by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was established. In the wavelength range of 200-420 nm, the aromatics in rubber oil had absorption peak. Rubber oil was diluted with cyclohexane,then the absorbance peak area in the wavelength gange of 260-420 nm was measured. The experimental results showed that there was good linear relationship between the content of aromatics and the absorption peak area in the range of 2.56-8.97 μg/g with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 7. The detection limit of aromatic was 0.053 μg/g, and the quantification limit was 0.159 μg/g. The relative standard deviation of rubber oil detection results was 0.79%(n=6). The average recoveries rate of three level adding standard were 85.3%-96.4%. The aromatics content of the same rubber oil samples was determined by this method and mass spectrometry, the relative deviation of the two methods results was within±5%. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry which is easy to operate has high precision and accuracy, and it can be used for analysing aromatics content in rubber oil rapidly.%建立快速分析橡胶油中芳烃含量的紫外分光光度法.在200~420 nm波长范围内橡胶油中的芳烃有吸收峰,经优化试验确定用环己烷稀释橡胶油样品,测定260~420 nm之间的吸收峰面积.芳烃含量在2.56~8.97 μg/g范围内与吸收峰面积线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9997,芳烃检出限为0.053 μg/g,定量限为0.159 μg/g.橡胶油溶液样品6次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.79%,3水平加标平均回收率在85.3%~96.4%之间.用该方法与质谱法对同一橡胶油样品中的芳烃含量进行测定,两种方法测定结果的相对偏差在±5%以内.紫外分光光度法精密度、准确度高,易操作,可以快速分析橡胶油中的芳烃含量.

    • 摘要: 以新疆春风油田的重质馏分油、轻脱油为原料,进行润滑油基础油生产工艺研究.结果表明:其重质减三线馏分油经三段高压加氢工艺后可以得到变压器油、环烷基橡胶油产品,但其重质润滑油没有合适的产品方向;以轻脱油为原料经三段高压加氢后可以生产150BS光亮油产品.可以考虑将重质减三线馏分油调入脱油沥青中生产道路沥青以实现资源效益最大化.%A process study has been made for the lube base oil production from heavy distillate and light desulfurized oil from Xinjiang Chunfeng Crude.The results show that the transformer oil and cycloalkyl rubber oil can be produced from third side-draw vacuum distillate of three-stage high-pressure hydrogenation process.Whereas,the heavy lube oil product is not an ideal component.The 150BS bright oil products can be produced from DAO feed by 3-stage high pressure hydrogenation.To maximize the economic benefits,the heavy third side-draw vacuum distillate can be blended into the DOA to produce paving asphalt to maximize the economic benefit.

    • 摘要: 以Hildebrand提出的溶解度参数为基础,结合试验经验推导出通过表面张力估算浅色橡胶油溶解度参数的拟合公式.采用该公式计算了11种常用弱极性溶剂和8种浅色橡胶油的溶解度参数,并与其文献值进行对比,验证了橡胶油溶解度参数拟合公式的可靠性.该公式采用现有国家标准和石油石化行业标准测试基本数据,易于在化工行业推广.利用橡胶油溶解度参数估算结果可以很好地预测充油橡胶的吸油能力、充油胶中橡胶油的稳定性等,对橡胶配方设计工作具有指导意义.%In this work,a fitting formula for estimation of the solubility parameter of light color rubber oil by surface tension was established based on Hildebrand solubility parameter theory and experimental testing results.The solubility parameters of 11 solvents with weak polarity and 8 light color rubber oils were calculated by the formula,and compared with their literature values.The results verified the reliability of this formula.The basic data of the formula was tested according to existing national standards and petrochemical industry standards.Therefore,the fitting formula could be easily applied in the petrochemical industry.The solubility parameter of rubber oil was useful to predict the oil absorption ability of the oil-filled rubber and the stability of the rubber oil,which was an effective tool in rubber formulation design.

    • 摘要: 充入橡胶油可以改善鞋材类SBS(聚苯乙烯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)的物理机械性能.该文通过对SBS充入不同量的石蜡基橡胶油和环烷基橡胶油2种橡胶油来对比研究这2种不同的橡胶油对鞋材类SBS的溶体流动速率、硬度、拉断伸长率、断裂拉伸强度、永久形变、撕裂强度等物理机械性能的影响.实验结果表明:充入环烷基橡胶油的SBS表现出较好的性能.

    • 摘要: 彩色胶结料具有和石油改性沥青相当的沥青指标,但受原材料种类影响,高低温性能稳定性差.为分析不同类型原材料对彩色胶结料性能的影响,室内研究了不同分子量石油树脂、不同芳烃含量橡胶油对彩色胶结料高低温性能和温度敏感性的影响.试验结果显示,高软化点树脂会造成胶结料高低温性能不同程度的衰减,但对胶结料的增粘效果显著,高芳烃含量橡胶油可显著改善胶结料低温性能,且在一定程度上改善胶结料的温度敏感性,但对胶结料的高温性能指标造成不可避免的衰减.本文结论表明,可通过优选树脂和橡胶油原材料,制备不同技术指标要求的彩色胶结料.

    • 摘要: 2018年6月14日,中国石油天然气股份有限公司辽河石化分公司(以下简称辽河石化)研制的AP-2/AP-3环保橡胶油项目通过专家组验收。随着橡胶生产、应用环保要求的日益提高,环保油品的需求量将越来越大。目前出于产品质量稳定和供应充足的考虑,轮胎生产企业出口轮胎用操作油和合成橡胶厂用环保填充油多采用进口环保油品,如环保芳烃油或重环烷油等。但是这类油品价格较高,增加了企业生产成本。

    • 摘要: 以中海油生产的锦州9-3减二线馏分油为原料,采用单段加氢工艺制备环保橡胶油,考察了反应压力和反应温度对加氢生成油性质的影响.结果表明:在反应压力不低于10 MPa的条件下,可得到CA值约为12.0%,含8种多环芳烃量小于10 μg/g,含苯并(a)芘量小于1μg/g的环保橡胶油;低压条件下所得样品中多环芳烃含量超标,不符合欧盟REACH法规环保橡胶油的要求.%Environmental rubber oil was produced by single hydrogenation process with CNOOC Jinzhou 9-3 VGO No 2 as feedstock,and the influences of reaction pressure and temperature on the propeties of hydrogenated oil were investigated.The results showed that when reaction pressure was not lower than 10 MPa,the environmental rubber oil could be produced with CA value around 12%,the contents of PAHs and benzo a-pyrene less than 10 μg/g and 1 μg/g respectively.However,under the condition of low pressure,the content of PAHs exceeded,which didn't conform to the requirement of environmental rubber in the REACH rule by European Union.
