    • 摘要: 为降低旋风燃烧NOx排放,需要在保证稳定液态排渣的前提下研究合适的空气分级方式.本文结合准东煤的黏温特性建立液态排渣模型,计算确定主燃区过量空气系数,并在1台旋风炉上开展空气分级燃烧试验.结果 表明:液态排渣旋风炉燃用流变性好的准东煤时,主燃区过量空气系数可以减小到0.8;切向二次风采用“上大下小”配风,三级风率分别为20%、10%和10%,燃尽风率为30%~35%;主燃区到燃尽风喷口的停留时间应大于0.62 s;旋风炉采用深度空气分级燃烧时,NOx排放质量浓度可降低30%以上,锅炉热效率下降0.22%,主要由渣中未燃尽碳含量上升引起.

    • 摘要: The emission test of flue gas pollutants from a 260 t/h cyclone furnace was obtained.Then the fly ash and bottom slag from cyclone furnace doped chromium slag was analyzed by XRD,XRF,respectively.The heavy metals solidification effect of Cr(Ⅵ) and Hg were investigated.The results showed that pollutants emission concentration of dust,SO2 and CO were very high,so they need to be controlled again.The concentrations of Hg and Cr (Ⅵ) decreased obviously,were 6.77,94.7 mg/kg,respectively,and the toxic hexavalent chromium concentration decreased by 97.5%.Combined with XRD analysis,during the burning of chromium slag in the cyclone furnace,most of heavy metals (Hg and Cr(Ⅵ)) released into flue gas and fly ash mainly by volatilization and mineral reactions of chromium slag and raw coal.The minerals of Cr were not detected in bottom slag obviously.%针对260t/h旋风燃烧炉机组进行烟气污染物排放测试,并通过旋风炉掺烧铬渣后对其飞灰、底渣进行XRD、XRF分析,考察对重金属Cr(Ⅵ)、Hg的固化效果.结果表明:烟尘、SO2、CO排放浓度偏高,需进一步改造处理;旋风炉掺烧铬渣飞灰中Hg、Cr(Ⅵ)的浓度分别为6.77,94.7 mg/kg,其中有毒Cr(Ⅵ)浓度显著降低,下降了97.5%;结合XRD分析可知,掺烧铬渣过程中,大部分重金属Hg、Cr(Ⅵ)主要靠挥发和通过铬渣与原煤中矿物质相互反应生成化合物释放到烟气和飞灰中,而底渣中未检测出明显的含Cr矿物质存在.

    • 摘要: 准东煤易着火、易燃尽,是优良的动力用煤,但使用过程中沾污结渣问题严重.本文在液态排渣旋风炉上对准东煤进行燃烧试验,通过扫描电镜对灰渣样的显微形貌及成分进行研究,并分析其飞灰烧结强度.结果表明:准东煤在旋风炉上燃烧完全,且可以通过调整风量和配风方式来控制NOx生成;旋风炉内高温段形成的液渣中出现了Fe元素的富集、中低温段灰样中出现了Na、Ca、S元素的富集,旋风炉灰渣中均含有一定量的碱金属元素,液渣中碱金属元素质量分数低于原煤灰中,而灰样中的碱金属质量分数较高;旋风炉飞灰烧结强度高;低熔点组分的Na、Ca硅铝酸盐、硫酸盐是造成结渣沾污的重要因素.

    • 摘要: 针对南通醋酸纤维有限公司75t/h旋风炉NOx排放浓度较高的问题,采用低氮燃烧、以尿素为还原剂的SCR选择性催化还原法对锅炉进行脱硝改造.分析了NOx浓度的主要影响因素,并提出运行时的控制策略.讨论了锅炉因脱硝改造出现的二次室结焦、积灰严重等现象,并提出了改进措施.

    • 摘要: 针对生物质微米燃料的燃烧特点,在煤粉以及煤粉燃烧与生物质混燃的模拟基础上,建立了适合生物质微米燃料的燃烧模型,并通过CFD软件Fluent进行模拟,模拟结果与实验较为吻合.模拟结果显示,微米燃料在旋风炉内旋风燃烧,增加了停留时间,燃烧更加充分,增大了炉膛温度.炉膛温度随着过量空气系数的增大呈现先升高后降低的趋势,当过量空气系数为1.2时温度达到最大;并且燃料粒径越小,炉膛温度越高,燃烧情况越好.%Based on the combustion characteristics of biomass micron fuel (BMF),a combustion model suitable for BMF was established on the basis of simulation of pulverized coal combustion and co-combustion with biomass.The simulation was carried out by CFD software Fluent and the results were in good agreement with those of experiment.The results show that BMF cyclone combustion increased the residence time,making the combustion more fully and increasing the furnace temperature.The furnace temperature increases first and then decreases with the increase of the excess air coefficient.When the excess air ratio is 1.2,the temperature reaches the maximum.The smaller the fuel particle size is,the higher the furnace temperature is,and the better the combustion situation is.

    • 摘要: 研究了自身液渣与高碱煤界面反应的物相变化、对高碱煤中元素的捕捉率及其迁移特性,进一步结合量子化学理论研究其行为机理.结果表明:外层渣主要物相为CaSO4,同时有丰富的Na、K复盐;高碱煤中Na、K大量迁移到液渣中,且内、外层渣元素含量不同;不同矿物元素在渣-煤界面反应中有相异的迁移方向;液渣对Na、K的捕捉率为58.15%、54.15%,比自身固态灰和在高温区添加高岭土捕捉率高,且在实际应用中应远大于58.15%;有两种最易反应路径生成KCaAl3Si3O12(H2O)5.%This paper studied the phase change,capture efficiency and migration characteristics of elements in high alkali coal duing the interfacial reaction between liquid slag and high alkali coal.Combined with the quantum chemistry theory,this paper also discussed the behavior mechanism of the above phenomenon.Based on the ex-periments,this paper came to conclusions that the main outer slag image was CaSO4,and rich Na,K complex salt.A great quantity of Na,K contained in high alkali coal migrated to liquid slag,and the contents of elements in the inner and outer layers were different.In the liquid slag-coal interface reaction,different mineral elements showed different migration directions.The capture efficiency of Na,K for liquid slag was 58.15%,54.15%, respectively,which was higher than that for both solid ash and added kaolin in high-temperature zone,and what is more,the capture efficiency was higher than 58.15%,in practical application;there are two reaction paths for KCaAl3Si3O12(H2O)5 formation.

    • 摘要: 针对火电厂旋风炉掺烧铬渣高温熔融固化处理方式,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱测试仪(XRF)、物理吸附仪和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)等分析仪器对样品进行测试分析,研究煤和铬渣燃烧过程中铬元素所形成的多种含铬矿物质的转化规律.结果表明:有9种含铬矿物经过燃烧高温熔融后转变为5种,最终排出CROCl、KCr3 O82种铬矿物;底渣中Cr6+质量比从3 772 μg/g降至4.60 μg/g,符合灰渣排放要求;在高温熔融过程中铬离子优先与卤族元素C1、F结合,可能原因是铬的卤素化合物沸点较低;为了提高Cr6+ →Cr3+转化率,应在燃烧区域制造还原性氛围和酸性环境,尽可能多地形成Cr2 O3中间体.

    • 摘要: The portion of lignite reserves in China's coal resources is huge.The efficient and clean techniques of utilizing the lignite semi-char are the main factors restricting the development of lignite pyrolysis and its cascade utilization.The cyclone furnace combustion technique is proposed to burn the lignite char.The distribution of temperature,velocity,species concentration of the lignite semi-char burning in a cyclone furnace is simulated using the Fluent software.Moreover,the carbon conversion rate and NOx emission characteristics of the lignite semi-char are investigated,and the experimental data are compared with the simulation results.The results show that,the model used in the simulation can accurately descript the combustion of lignite char in cyclone furnace.The burn-out rate of the semi-char is greater than 98.4% and the concentration of NOx is less than 144mg/m3 when the excess air ratio is between 0.5 and 0.7.It is proved that burning lignite semi-char in cyclone furnace is an efficient and clean way to utilize the lignite semichar.%褐煤经低温热解后残余固体半焦的利用一直制约我国低阶煤分质转化和高效清洁利用的发展.本文采用旋风炉燃烧褐煤半焦的方法,通过Fluent软件模拟了不同过量空气系数下旋风炉模型内温度、速度、组分体积分数的分布情况,同时对焦炭转化率和NOx排放特性进行了研究.结果表明:本文所采用的数值模拟方法可以准确地描述褐煤半焦在旋风炉内的燃烧情况;过量空气系数在0.5~~0.7时,半焦在旋风炉内的转化率均大于98.4%,且NOx排放质量浓度较低,最高仅为144mg/m3.采用旋风炉燃烧可以实现褐煤半焦的高效清洁利用,对我国低阶煤转化利用的发展具有重要意义.
