    • 摘要: 采用扭曲波玻恩近似理论计算了共面对称几何条件下类Ne离子2p轨道电子在不同出射电子能量下的(e,2e)反应三重微分截面,出射电子能量分别为3,5,7.5,10,15,20,30和50 eV.计算结果表明,随着出射电子能量的增大和核电荷数Z的增大,三重微分截面的幅度逐渐减小.除Ne以外,对其他离子,在出射电子角度为150?附近出现了一个新的结构,对比不同出射电子能量时的(e,2e)反应三重微分截面,发现这个结构的幅度随着出射电子的能量先增大后减小,文中用一种两次两体碰撞过程对这些现象进行了解释.%Electron impact single ionization of atom or molecule, the so-called (e, 2e) reaction, is one of the basic collision processes between electron and atom or molecule. The triple differential cross section (TDCS) of the collision process can provide important data for gas discharge, celestial bodies, and electron-target interaction. A large number of experimental and theoretical studies of (e, 2e) reactions on atom targets have been carried out under different geometric conditions, such as coplanar symmetric geometry, coplanar asymmetric geometry, non-coplanar symmetric geometry, etc. However, few experimental researches of (e, 2e) reaction on ion target have been reported due to the low target source density. The difference in TDCS between atomic target and ionic target can provide more information about the (e, 2e) reaction. Thus the relevant researches on ionic targets are of significance. In this paper, adopting distorted-wave Born approximation (DWBA), the TDCSs of 2 p orbital for Ne and neon-like ions are calculated at different outgoing electron energies (3, 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 30, and 50 eV) under the condition of coplanar symmetric geometry. The results indicate that the TDCSs decrease with the increase of outgoing electron energy and nuclear charge number Z. Except Ne, the TDCSs of other ions present a new structure at an outgoing electron angle of about 150?. The intensity of the new structure increases with the increase of the outgoing electron energy in a region of 10–20 eV, while it decreases with the increase of the outgoing electron energy in a region of 20–50 eV. We propose a kind of double-binary collision process to rationalize the new structure. The incident electron ionizes the target atom and the following two outgoing electrons exit in the directions symmetric with respect to the incident electron direction. Then these two outgoing electrons are elastically scattered by the target ions and emitted in the backward directions. In order to confirm this explanation, we compare our calculation results with the previously reported experimental and theoretical results of elastic scattering between electron and Ne. Previous research results show that the elastic scattering cross section has a large intensity at a scattering angle of ~150?, and it reaches the largest intensity at an outgoing electron energy of 20 eV. These structural features are consistent with our calculated results, implying that our proposed process is reasonable.

    • 摘要: 文章采用BBK (3C) 理论模型,研究了在共面几何条件下质子碰撞基态氢原子电离的双重微分截面 (DDCS) 与三重微分截面 (TDCS).具体计算了入射能量为Ei=75keV、碰撞能量损失 E分别为30eV、40eV、50eV和53eV时质子碰撞基态氢原子电离的DDCS,并将这些计算结果与相应的实验测量结果以及其它理论预测结果作了比较.此外,还计算了入射能量为Ei=75keV的质子碰撞基态氢原子电离的TDCS.

    • 摘要: 本文使用扭曲波波恩近似方法( DWBA)研究了共面对称条件下钙原子的电子碰撞电离反应(( e,2e)反应),在DWBA理论的基础上,考虑了原子极化势和离子极化势对三重微分散射截面的影响.采用发展的DWBA方法,我们研究了出射电子能量从6.75 eV到29.25 eV范围内电子与钙原子的碰撞电离过程,计算了电离三重微分截面.通过与已有理论和实验数据进行比较发现,离子极化势对钙原子的共面对称( e,2e)反应散射微分截面有较大的影响,很好的描述了碰撞电离微分截面的结构效应,特别是在散射角度较小时(≦60o),本文计算结果与实验测量非常一致.%We report the calculations of triple differential cross section ( TDCS) for electron impact single ioniza-tion (i.e.(e, 2e) processes) of Ca in coplanar symmetric geometry.The energies of two outgoing electrons are equal to each other and form 6.75 eV to 29.25 eV.We have considered the effect of the target polarization and residual ion polarization in the present DWBA calculation .Reasonable improvement can be found , when compa-ring the present results with the previous experimental measurements and theoretical calculations .

    • 摘要: The triple differential cross sections ( TDCS) for electron impact ionization of H in coplanar asymmet-ric geometry at low and intermediate energies are calculated by using the BBK and the DWBA models, and the results are compared with the experimental measurements.The initial state distortion effect and the final state correlation effect on the TDCS are investigated and the physics behind the final state correlation effect is re-vealed.It has been found that the initial state distortion effect is weak such that it can be ignored at incident en-ergies above 150 eV.On the other hand, the final state correlation effect is always important.With the final state correlation effect taken into account, the positions of both the binary peak and the recoil peak shift to larger an-gles, and the height of binary peak is suppressed and the shape of recoil peak is reproduced in better agreement with experiment.%本文利用BBK模型和DWBA模型计算共面非对称几何条件下中、低能电子碰撞电离H原子的三重微分截面,所得结果与实验测量进行比较,进而研究初态入射电子的扭曲效应和末态出射电子之间的关联效应对三重微分截面的影响,并对这些影响给出定性的物理解释。我们发现,初态扭曲效应比较微弱,在150 eV以上入射能量时可以忽略;而末态关联效应则十分重要,它会抑制Binary峰的高度,改善Recoil峰的形状,并且使Binary峰和Recoil峰都向大角度偏移,从而使理论结果更接近实验测量。

    • 摘要: 考虑初道屏蔽效应,研究了低能电子碰撞H(e,2e)的反应过程.计算了共面非对称几何条件下能量为27.2eV的入射电子碰撞H(e,2e)反应的三重微分截面(TDCS),将其计算结果与3C、DS3C和CDS3C模型所得结果及实验数据进行了比较,结果表明CDS3C模型能对上述碰撞过程成功描述,改善了与实验结果的符合程度.

    • 摘要: The triple differential cross sections for electron impact ionization hydrogen (e, 2e) reactions are calculated as an example by use of the impulse approximation and Born approximation model at different coplanar asymmetric geometries. The results of the present work are compared with experimental data. The structures of the cross sections and the physical nature of these structures are discussed in detail. Moreover, the exchange effect contribution to the cross section is also discussed, which supports our earlier conclusions.%  利用冲量近似理论和玻恩近似方法,以氢原子(1s)为例,在共面不对称几何条件下用多种模型分别计算了若干入射能、散射角情形下电子碰撞电离(e,2e)反应的三重微分散射截面。与其他的理论方法和实验数据进行了比较,分析了曲线结构差异及原因,对其适用范围进行了研究,并探讨了交换效应的贡献,验证了早期的研究。

    • 摘要: The triple differential cross sections for electron impact ionization helium(e,2e) reactions are calculated by use of the BBK and modified BBK model at different gun angles of incident electron energy 64.6 eV.The structures of the cross sections and the physical natures of these structures are discussed in detail.It is found that for the non-coplanar geometry,cross sections are determined by a variety of effects together and these effects are converted to each other under different conditions.Moreover,strong dynamical screening effect is observed in the final state of the perpendicular plane symmetric geometry.%利用BBK理论及其修正模型,计算了入射能64.6 eV、不同枪角情况下,电子碰撞电离氦原子(e,2e)反应的三重微分散射截面.分析了曲线结构,对其内部碰撞机制进行了详细的研究和探讨.结果表明:在非共面几何条件下,碰撞微分截面上所呈现出来的特征是由多种效应共同作用所决定的,随着条件的不同而相互转化.且在垂随入射几何条件下,末通道存在着极强的动力学屏蔽.

    • 摘要: 应用参数化的最佳有效势方法,推广三体库仑波模型(3C)及动力学屏蔽的三体库仑波模型(DS3C模型)于Na原子,计算了共面双对称几何条件下,电子碰撞Na原子单电离的三重微分截面(TDCS),与最近Murray的测量数据、Hitawala等人的扭曲波近似(DWBA)及考虑极化的扭曲波近似(DWBAP)的理论结果进行了比较.发现,DWBA在低入射能量反映了实验结果,而3C计算在低入射能量时失效,DS3C计算对其有所改善.入射能量较高时DS3C及3C结果的角度分布优于DWBA,能够较好地定性描述上述碰撞过程.说明对于共面双对称几何条件下的电子碰撞多电子原子单电离过程,出射道三粒子间的动力学关联效应是比较强的.%Dynamically screened three-Coulomb-wave model(DS3C) is used to study the single ionization of the 3S orbital of sodium by electron impact.Triply differential cross-sections(TDCSs) are calculated in doubly symmetric geometry at excess energies of 6,10, 15,20,30,40,50 and 60 eV using a parameterized optimized effective potential.Comparisons are made between recently experimental data and theoretical predictions of the three-Coulomb wave function(3C) approach and distorted-wave Born approximation(DWBA). The angular distribution of the present TDCS is found to qualitatively reproduce the reported experimental data.It is shown that dynamically screened effects are important in this geometry.

    • 摘要: The momentum transfer dependence of the cross section for electron impact ionization of helium for(e,2e) process is investigated by use of BBK model and modified BBK model.The results of the present work are compared with experimental data.The structure of the cross section is analysed,and the effective shield is discussed in detail in the final state.%利用BBK模型及修正方案,对电子入射电离氦原子(e,2e)反应过程中截面依赖动量转移条件下的三重微分散射截面(TDCS)进行了理论计算,把计算结果与实验测量结果进行比较,分析了截面结构,并研究了末通道屏蔽效应对三重微分截面所产生的影响.
