文章主要阐述了圆柱坯和方柱坯镦粗、拔长的变形机制,通过理论分析及实践经验来改善刹车壳体的生产技术、降低成本、提高成材率,实现公司利益最大化.结果 表明:(1)拔长方坯,选用每道次压下率为12.5%,可满足砧宽比或过渡系数和压下率等工艺参数最佳的匹配;(2)当镦粗高径(宽)比>2时,由于变形体均匀压缩区的存在,导致镦粗体会出现双鼓形;(3)当高径(宽)比(<)1时,饼类锻件的剪切变形与剪切应力强烈,极易导致其心部出现裂纹.

摘要:
As the important parts of large equipment , the quality of large forgings has a major influence on the security and normal operation of large equipment .This paper takes the crankshaft of slab sizing press as the re-search object , making the forging process for crankshaft .The finite element model was established using the nu-merical simulation software Deform-3D, and the stress and strain filed during the upsetting and stretching cour-ses were analyzed .The forging process can meet the requirement of forging ratio .When the upsetting reduction is 47%, the casting defects can be eliminated to a great extent .During the stretching course , more uniform ef-fective strain distribution can be obtained with bigger width and connection length of anvil .%大锻件作为大型设备的重要部件,其质量好坏直接影响设备的正常运行和安全性.本文以某厂的定宽压力机曲轴为研究对象,制定了曲轴的锻造工艺路线.应用数值模拟软件Deform-3D建立其有限元模型,分析了镦粗和拔长过程中锻件的应力场、 应变场.采用该工艺能满足锻件对锻比的要求,镦粗时采用47%的压下量,能很大程度消除铸造缺陷,拔长时选择较大的砧宽和接砧量,能够使等效应变沿轴向更为均匀.

The stretching process of cylinder with three kinds of anvils is simulated using finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D,and the equivalent strain,the percentage of dynamic recrystallization,the grain size of workpiece and the mold load under different deformation conditions are compared.The results show that the hollow cabochon anvil can effectively increase the strain,the percentage of dynamic recrystallization,and reduce the grain size of the workpiece,but the hollow cabochon anvil suffers larger load when forging.%基于DEFORM-3D有限元软件模拟了3种型砧的拔长过程,并对不同变形条件下工件的等效应变、动态再结晶百分数、晶粒大小以及模具载荷状况进行了比较.仿真结果显示:弧面砧能够有效增大工件整体应变、增加动态再结晶百分数,起到细化晶粒的效果,但是弧面砧拔长所受载荷较大.

将由锻压工艺专家积累的系统化、最优化经验与信息技术相结合,推导出大锻件内部空隙被压实闭合的必要精细化条件和拔长效果智能跟踪的数学表达,奠定了开发提取、集成与分析有效数据新系统的基础.这一研究可用于获取锻造过程中定量、完整、可关联和精细化的数据,评价大锻件锻压工艺设计水平和锻造操作水平,揭示大锻件拔长对内在质量的影响,从而持续改进锻压工艺和生产操作.

The stretching processes of three kinds of arc anvils have been simulated by the finite element method, and the equivalent strain, the dynamic recrystallization volume fraction, grain size and mold loading conditions under different deformation conditions have been compared.The results show that the arc anvil which arc radius is similar to the radius of the workpiece can effectively increase the overall equivalent strain of the workpiece and increase the dynamic recrystallization volume fraction, and refine the grain size, but the anvil suffers larger load during stretching.%使用有限元方法模拟了三种规格的弧形砧的拔长过程,同时对不同变形条件下工件的等效应变、动态再结晶体积分数、晶粒尺寸大小以及模具载荷状况进行了比较.结果表明,弧面半径接近工件半径的弧形砧能够有效增大工件整体等效应变,增加动态再结晶体积分数,起到细化晶粒的效果,但该型砧拔长所受载荷较大.
