    • 摘要: Let X^(H)={X^(H)(s),s∈R^(N_(1))}and X^(K)={X^(K)(t),t∈R^(N_(2))}be two independent time-space anisotropic random fields with indices H∈(0,1)^(N_(1)) and K∈(0,1)^(N_(2)),which may not possess Gaussianity,and which take values in R^(d) with a space metric τ.Under certain general conditions with density functions defined on a bounded interval,we study problems regarding the hitting probabilities of time-space anisotropic random fields and the existence of intersections of the sample paths of random fields X^(H) and X^(K).More generally,for any Borel set F⊂R^(d),the conditions required for F to contain intersection points of X^(H) and X^(K) are established.As an application,we give an example of an anisotropic non-Gaussian random field to show that these results are applicable to the solutions of non-linear systems of stochastic fractional heat equations.

    • 摘要: Limit theorems for non-additive probabilities or non-linear expectations are challenging issues which have attracted a lot of interest recently.The purpose of this paper is to study the strong law of large numbers and the law of the iterated logarithm for a sequence of random variables in a sub-linear expectation space under a concept of extended independence which is much weaker and easier to verify than the independence proposed by Peng[20].We introduce a concept of extended negative dependence which is an extension of the kind of weak independence and the extended negative independence relative to classical probability that has appeared in the recent literature.Powerful tools such as moment inequality and Kolmogorov’s exponential inequality are established for these kinds of extended negatively independent random variables,and these tools improve a lot upon those of Chen,Chen and Ng[1].The strong law of large numbers and the law of iterated logarithm are also obtained by applying these inequalities.

    • 摘要: Non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)has been seen as a promising technology for 5G communication.The performance optimization of NOMA systems depends on both power allocation(PA)and user pairing(UP).Most existing researches provide sub-optimal solutions with high computational complexity for PA problem and mainly focuses onmaximizing the sum rate(capacity)without considering the fairness performance.Also,the joint optimization of PA and UP needs an exhaustive search.The main contribution of this paper is the proposing of a novel capacity maximizationbased fair power allocation(CMFPA)with low-complexity in downlink NOMA.Extensive investigation and analysis of the joint impact of signal to noise ratio(SNR)per subcarrier and the channel gains of the paired users on the performance of NOMA in terms of the capacity and the user fairness is presented.Next,a closed-form equation for the power allocation coefficient of CMFPA as a function of SNR,and the channel gains of the paired users is provided.In addition,to jointly optimizeUP and PAinNOMA systems an efficient low-complexity UP(ELCUP)method is proposed to be incorporated with the proposed CMFPA to compromise the proposed joint resource allocation(JRA).Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed CMFPA can improve the capacity and fairness performance of existing UP methods,such as conventional UP,and random UP methods.Furthermore,the simulation results show that the proposed JRA significantly outperforms the existing schemes and gives a near-optimal performance.

    • 摘要: In communication channel estimation,the Least Square(LS)technique has long been a widely accepted and commonly used principle.This is because the simple calculation method is compared with other channel estimation methods.The Minimum Mean Squares Error(MMSE),which is developed later,is devised as the next step because the goal is to reduce the error rate in the communication system from the conventional LS technique which still has a higher error rate.These channel estimations are very important to modern communication systems,especially massive MIMO.Evaluating the massive MIMO channel is one of the most researched and debated topics today.This is essential in technology to overcome traditional performance barriers.The better the channel estimation,the more accurate it is.This paper investigated machine learning(ML)for channel estimation.ML channel estimations based on the Extreme Learning Machine(ELMx)group are also implemented.These estimations,known as the ELMx group,include Regularized Extreme Learning Machine(RELM)and Outlier Robust Extreme Learning Machine(ORELM).Then,it was compared with LS and MMSE.The simulation results reveal that the ELMx group outperforms LS and MMSE in channel capacity and bit error rate.Additionally,this paper has proven complexity for verified computational times.The RELM method is less time consuming and has low complexity which is suitable for future use in large MIMO systems.

    • 摘要: The central limit theorem of martingales is the fundamental tool for studying the convergence of stochastic processes,especially stochastic integrals and differential equations.In this paper,the central limit theorem and the functional central limit theorem are obtained for martingale-like random variables under the sub-linear expectation.As applications,the Lindeberg''s central limit theorem is obtained for independent but not necessarily identically distributed random variables,and a new proof of the Lévy characterization of a GBrownian motion without using stochastic calculus is given.For proving the results,Rosenthal''s inequality and the exponential inequality for the martingale-like random variables are established.

    • 摘要: Sino-Myanmar Natural Gas Pipeline transport capacity exceeds 3 Billion m^(3) in first three quarters On November 2nd,the reporter learned from the Yunnan Energy Bureau and China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Sales Yunnan Branch that in the first three quarters of 2021,the transport capacity of the Sino-Myanmar Natural Gas Pipeline reached 3.3 billion m^(3).The Sino-Myanmar Natural Gas Pipeline Project was completed at the end of 2013.
