摘要： 本发明利用车辆GPS数据及公交IC卡数据，建立Holt-Winters模型对客流进行预测。通过简单聚类获得乘客IC卡上车站点信息和某公交线路各个站点上客量时间序列数据，克服传统聚类识别站点方法中不具可伸缩性、限制聚类个数等不足。ARMA模型和Holt-Winters模型都属于短期预测模型，Holt-Winters模型较ARMA模型具有一定的优势，在于Holt-Winters模型所给出平滑参数可以采用系统自定的方法，通过多次比较给出最优的参数值，运行方便。
