Methodological issues associated with the determination of the vertical take-off and landing aerodynamic parameters equipped with two rotary propellers during take-off and hovering, descent and landing are studied in the proposed article. During the computer simulation process, kinematics parameters diagrams were made, aerodynamic coefficients and propellers thrust components at all stages of aircraft take-off were estimated. That numerical data can be used in a preliminary stage of aerodynamic design for the vertical take-off and landing aircraft and electric drones at the determination of control and equalization elements geometric and kinematic parameters.

Pine wilt disease was first discovered in Dongtang town,Liaoning Province,China,in 2017.Monochamus saltuarius Gebler is a new vector of pinewood nematode and the only known vector in Liaoning Province.The biology of this pest has not been reported thus far;therefore,it is necessary to study its life history.During 2018 and 2019,we collected 138 and 491 adult M.saltuarius beetles,respectively,to analyze their eclosion from larva to adult stage.In mid-March,overwintering larvae began to feed(on xylem)and seek nutrition in preparation for pupation and eclosion.The adults began to appear in mid-April,and the population reached its peak in late May.The life span of the adults was 28-76 days.After approximately 1 week of supplemental nutrition(feeding on twigs),adults began to mate and lay eggs.The egg stage of M.saltuarius lasted 4-8 days.The larvae in Dongtang town have 4 instars and overwinter in tunnels as 3rd-4th instars.The 1st-instar stage lasted 3-9 days,the 2nd-instar stage lasted 11-23 days,the 3rd-instar stage lasted 30-130 days,and the 4th-instar stage lasted 44-180 days.The pupal stage lasted 7-12 days,and the life span of the adults was 28-76 days.In this study we systematically monitored the life history of M.saltuarius for the first time.Our objective was to lay a foundation for improving control of this pinewood nematode vector.

In the world,among all type of cancers,colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most commonly diagnosed in males and the second in females.In most of cases,(RP1)patients’prognosis limitation with malignant tumors can be attributed to delayed diagnosis of the disease.Identification of patients with early-stage disease leads to more effective therapeutic interventions.Therefore,new screening methods and further innovative treatment approaches are mandatory as they may lead to an increase in progression-free and overall survival rates.For the last decade,the interest in extracellular vesicles(EVs)research has exponentially increased as EVs generation appears to be a universal feature of every cell that is strongly involved in many mechanisms of cell-cell communication either in physiological or pathological situations.EVs can cargo biomolecules,such as lipids,proteins,nucleic acids and generate transmission signal through the intercellular transfer of their content.By this mechanism,tumor cells can recruit and modify the adjacent and systemic microenvironment to support further invasion and dissemination.This review intends to cover the most recent literature on the role of EVs production in colorectal normal and cancer tissues.Specific attention is paid to the use of EVs for early CRC diagnosis,follow-up,and prognosis as EVs have come into the spotlight of research as a high potential source of‘liquid biopsies’.The use of EVs as new targets or nanovectors as drug delivery systems for CRC therapy is also summarized.

摘要:
Part-of-speech(POS)and dependency grammar(DG)are the basic components of natural language processing.However,current word vector models have not made full use of both POS information and DG information,and hence the models’performances are limited to some extent.The authors first put forward the concept of POS vector,and then,based on continuous bag-of-words(CBOW),constructed four models:CBOW+P,CBOW+PW,CBOW+G,and CBOW+G+P to incorporate POS information and DG information into word vectors.The CBOW+P and CBOW+PW models are based on POS tagging,the CBOW+G model is based on DG parsing,and the CBOW+G+P model is based on POS tagging and DG parsing.POS information is integrated into the training process of word vectors through the POS vector to solve the problem of the POS similarity being difficult to measure.The POS vector correlation coefficient and distance weighting function are used to train the POS vector as well as the word vector.DG information is used to correct the information loss caused by fixed context windows.Dependency relations weight is used to measure the difference of dependency relations.Experiments demonstrated the superior performance of their models while the time complexity is still kept the same as the base model of CBOW.

目的:探讨奥丹和vector治疗仪龈下刮治对牙根面的影响。方法:纳入我院2016年7月-2018年8月收治的牙周炎患者60例,将60例患者使用随机分组的方式,分为对照组以及研究组,对照组接受vector治疗仪龈下刮治,研究组接受奥丹治疗仪龈下刮治,对比两组患者的疗效。结果:研究组与对照组治疗前的数据无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的PD、PLI、BI低于对照组,CAL评分高于对照组,有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者的得分均下降,研究组的AA、SA、ADS、DFS评分均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,牙根面受损情况对比,研究组较对照组轻,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥丹和vector治疗仪龈下刮治术治疗牙周炎,奥丹治疗仪的疗效更佳,能有效的改善患者的临床症状,对牙根面的影响较小,值得推广。

Energy band gap of titanium dioxide(TiO_2) semiconductor plays significant roles in many practical applications of the semiconductor and determines its appropriateness in technological and industrial applications such as UV absorption, pigment,photo-catalysis, pollution control systems and solar cells among others. Substitution of impurities into crystal lattice structure is the most commonly used method of tuning the band gap of TiO_2 for specific application and eventually leads to lattice distortion. This work utilizes the distortion in the lattice structure to estimate the band gap of doped TiO_2, for the first time, through hybridization of a particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO) with a support vector regression(SVR) algorithm for developing a PSO-SVR model. The precision and accuracy of the developed PSO-SVR model was further justified by applying the model for estimating the effect of cobalt-sulfur co-doping, nickel-iodine co-doping, tungsten and indium doping on the band gap of TiO_2 and excellent agreement with the experimentally reported values was achieved. Practical implementation of the proposed PSO-SVR model would further widen the applications of the semiconductor and reduce the experimental stress involved in band gap determination of TiO_2.

摘要:
This paper presents a novel approach of obstacle avoidance for redundant manipulators, which is challenging with the considerations of the building of universal kinematics, the formation of dynamics, and the generation of trajectories. A universal approach to deal with obstacle avoidance for the redundant manipulator, that is based on the configuration plane, is presented. The paper also examines common serial robot configurations and introduces a method for classification, partitioning, simplification, and forms of expression used in the workspace to define the configuration plane. This relatively new method is combined with a weighted space vector method to match the configuration plane and solve the inverse kinematics problem. The proposed planner is demonstrated with examples, in which the proposed planner is shown to be capable of providing a smoother trajectory.

Background:Electrical impedance myography(EIM)is a non-invasive,painless,and easy-to-perform technique for assessing neuromuscular disorders.We evaluated the potential of EIM for quantitatively characterizing carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS).Methods:Healthy subjects and patients with differing severity of CTS underwent EIM measurement of their small hand muscles.A bioelectrical impedance vector analysis(BIVA)method was first applied to display 50-kHz EIM data in a single plot.Results:Patients with more severe CTS had smaller EIM values in the affected muscle.The reactance and phase parameters differed significantly between any two groups(P<0.05).Their accuracy for differentiating between any two adjacent groups was approximately 80%and for other groups was approximately 90%.There was a strong association between EIM and electrophysiology results.Conclusion:BIVA is convenient and helpful for indicating the differences between healthy subjects and CTS patients.These results demonstrate EIM’s potential for quantitatively characterizing patients with CTS.

公开了一种基于光流和Fisher Vector编码的微表情识别方法,包括:对测试样本中的微表情图像序列进行HOF特征提取,获取第一特征数据X={x1,…xr,…xR|xr∈RD};对第一特征数据X进行Fisher Vector编码,获取第二特征数据F;基于预先训练得到的分类器对第二特征数据F进行识别。本发明通过使用光流特征描述微表情的微弱运动,并使用Fisher Vector对光流特征进行编码,进一步提取了期望信息和方差信息,因此能更加充分地表示微表情特征,降低了局部噪声的影响,提高了微表情特征的鲁棒性,进而提高了微表情识别的识别率。

本发明提供一种非平行文本条件下基于VAE与身份特征向量(i‑vector)的多对多语音转换系统,在非平行语料条件下,基于变分自编码模型(Variational Autoencoding,VAE)实现语音转换,其中说话人的表征加入了说话人身份特征i‑vector,能够有效地提升转换后语音的个性相似度。本发明的优点包括三个方面:1)解除对平行文本的依赖,并且训练过程不需要任何对齐操作;2)可以将多个源‑目标说话人对的转换系统整合在一个转换模型中,即实现多对多转换;3)i‑vector特征的引入能够丰富说话人身份信息,从而有效提高转换语音的个性相似度,改善转换性能。

本发明公开了一种用于说话人识别系统的后端i‑vector增强方法,该方法以深层神经网络为基础,结合深度神经网络在语音增强方面的应用,建立了一种用于说话人识别系统后端的i‑vector回归模型,得到一种适用于说话人识别系统的后端特征处理器。相比常规的前端语音增强算法,本发明在提高说话人识别系统的抗噪声性能的同时,又能优化说话人识别系统的结构模型,从而使说话人识别系统在噪声环境下的实用性得到有效提升。
