    • 摘要: Developing suitable anode materials for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs)remains a great challenge owing to the limited theoretical capacity of active materials and large radius of K+ion(1.38?).To solve these obstacles,by integrating the principles of multielectron transfer and rational porous crystal framework,we creatively propose the monoclinic Cu_(3)(OH)_(2)V_(2)O_(7)·2H_(2)O(CVO)as a novel anode for PIBs.Furthermore,inspired by the metastable nature of CVO under high temperature/pressure,we skillfully design a facile hydrothermal recrystallization strategy without the phase change and surfactants addition.Thus,for the first time,the porous composite of Cu_(3)(OH)_(2)V_(2)O_(7)·2H_(2)O nanobelts covered in situ by reduced graphene oxide(CVO NBs/r GO)was assembled,greatly improving the deficiencies of CVO.When used as a novel anode for PIBs,CVO NBs/r GO delivers large specific capacity(up to 551.4 m Ah g^(-1)at 50 m A g^(-1)),high-rate capability(215.3 m Ah g^(-1)at 2.5 A g^(-1))and super durability(203.6 m Ah g^(-1)at 500 m A g^(-1)even after 1000 cycles).The outstanding performance can be ascribed to the synergistic merits of desirable structural features of monoclinic CVO nanobelts and the highly conductive graphene 3D network,thus promoting the composite material stability and electrical/ionic conductivity.This work reveals a novel metal vanadate-based anode material for PIBs,would further motivate the subsequent batteries research on M_(3)(OH)_(2)V_(2)O_(7)-n H_(2)O(M;Co,Ni,Cu,Zn),and ultimately expands valuable fundamental understanding on designing other high-performance electrode materials,including the combined strategies of multielectron transfer with rational porous crystal framework,and the composite fabrication of 1D electrode nanostructure with conductive carbon matrix.

    • 摘要: BACKGROUND In 2016 Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services proposed bundled payments for hip fractures to improve the quality and decrease costs of care.Patients transferred from other facilities may be imposing a financial risk on the hospitals that accept these patients.AIM To determine the costs associated with patients that either presented to the emergency department or were transferred from another hospital or skilled nursing facility(SNF)with the diagnosis of a hip fracture requiring operative intervention.METHODS A retrospective single institution review was conducted for all arthroplasty patients from 2010 to 2015.Inclusion criteria included a total or partial hip replacement for a hip fracture.Exclusion criteria included pathologic,periprosthetic,and fracture non-union.Data was collected to compare total observed costs for patients from the emergency department,patients from skilled nursing facilities,and patients from an outside hospital.RESULTS A total of 223 patients met the inclusion criteria.135(60.54%)of these patients presented primarily to the emergency department,58 patients(26.01%)were transferred from an outside hospital,and 30 patients(13.43%)were transferred from a SNF.Cost data analysis showed that outside hospital patients demonstrated significantly greater total cost for their hospitalization($43302)compared to emergency department patients($28875,P=0.000)and SNF patients($28282,P=0.000).CONCLUSION Patients transferred from an outside hospital incurred greater costs for their hospitalization than patients presenting from an emergency department or SNF.This is a strong argument for riskadjustment models when bundling payments for the care of hip fracture patients.

    • 摘要: This article proposes a deep neural network(DNN)-based direct-path relative transfer function(DP-RTF)enhancement method for robust direction of arrival(DOA)estimation in noisy and reverberant environments.The DP-RTF refers to the ratio between the directpath acoustic transfer functions of the two microphone channels.First,the complex-value DP-RTF is decomposed into the inter-channel intensity difference,and sinusoidal functions of the inter-channel phase difference in the time-frequency domain.Then,the decomposed DP-RTF features from a series of temporal context frames are utilized to train a DNN model,which maps the DP-RTF features contaminated by noise and reverberation to the clean ones,and meanwhile provides a time-frequency(TF)weight to indicate the reliability of the mapping.The DP-RTF enhancement network can help to enhance the DP-RTF against noise and reverberation.Finally,the DOA of a sound source can be estimated by integrating the weighted matching between the enhanced DP-RTF features and the DP-RTF templates.Experimental results on simulated data show the superiority of the proposed DP-RTF enhancement network for estimating the DOA of the sound source in the environments with various levels of noise and reverberation.

    • 摘要: By examining twenty TOEFL mock writings from Shenzhen high school students,this paper attempts to have a further analysis on learner English in China with regard to its common grammatical"errors"and their possible underlying causes.Some common grammatical errors include misuse of past tense,word class,existential structure,and also topic comment sentence,most of which are due to transfer of Chinese.

    • 摘要: Objective:To investigate the effect of different doses of stereotactic radiotherapy(SBRT)on the recurrence,metastasis and survival of lung cancer patients.Methods:The clinical data of 13 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2020 and were followed up for one year were retrospectively analyzed.The patients treated with low-dose SBRT were divided into the observation group(7 cases)and the patients treated with high-dose SBRT were divided into the control group(6 cases).The clinical efficacy,recurrence,metastasis,survival status and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the clinical total effective rate,1-year recurrence rate,metastasis rate and survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High dose or low dose SBRT can achieve good curative effect and prognosis in patients with lung cancer,but low dose SBRT has less adverse reactions and higher safety.

    • 摘要: The usage of full-color imaging in digital pathology produces significant results.Compared with a grayscale image or a pseudocolor image containing contrast information,a full-color image can identify and detect the target object better with color texture information.Fourier ptychographic microscopy(FPM)is a high-throughput computational imaging technique that breaks the tradeoff between high resolution(HR)and a large field of view.It also eliminates the artifacts of scanning and stitching in digital pathology and improves its imaging efficiency.However,the conventional full-color digital pathology based on FPM is still time-consuming because of the repeated experiments with tri-wavelengths.A color transfer FPM approach termed“CFPM”was reported.The color texture information of a low-resolution full-color pathologic image is directly transferred to the HR grayscale FPM image captured by only a single wavelength.Both of the color space of FPM based on the standard CIE-XYZ color model and the display based on the standard RGB color space were established.Different FPM colorization schemes were analyzed and compared with 30 biological samples.Three types of evaluation approaches were provided,including the root-mean-square error(RMSE),the difference maps,and the image histogram cosine similarity.The average RMSE values of the conventional method and CFPM compared with the ground truth were 5.3%and 5.7%,respectively.Therefore,the reconstruction time is significantly reduced by 2/3 with the sacrifice of precision of only 0.4%.The CFPM method is also compatible with advanced fast FPM approaches to further reduce computation time.

    • 摘要: Colloidal CdSe nanoplatelets are thin semiconductor materials with atomic flatness surfaces and one-dimensional strong quantum confinement,and hence they own very narrow and anisotropic emission.Here,we present a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)assisted transferring method that can pick up single layer CdSe nanoplatelet films self-assembled on a liquid surface and then precisely transfer to a target.By layer-by-layer picking up and transferring,multiple layers of CdSe films can be built up to form CdSe stacks with each single layer having dominant in-plane transition dipole distribution,which both material and energic structures are analogous to traditional multiple quantum wells grown by molecular-beam epitaxy.Additionally,with the great flexibility of colloidal nanoplatelets and this transferring method,CdSe nanoplatelets films can be combined with other materials to form hybrid heterostructures.We transferred a single-layer CdSe film onto WS_(2) flakes,and precisely studied the fast energy transfer rate with controlled CdSe nanoplatelet orientation and by using a streak camera with a ps time resolution.

    • 摘要: With the rapid growth of the autonomous system,deep learning has become integral parts to enumerate applications especially in the case of healthcare systems.Human body vertebrae are the longest and complex parts of the human body.There are numerous kinds of conditions such as scoliosis,vertebra degeneration,and vertebrate disc spacing that are related to the human body vertebrae or spine or backbone.Early detection of these problems is very important otherwise patients will suffer from a disease for a lifetime.In this proposed system,we developed an autonomous system that detects lumbar implants and diagnoses scoliosis from the modified Vietnamese x-ray imaging.We applied two different approaches including pre-trained APIs and transfer learning with their pre-trained models due to the unavailability of sufficient x-ray medical imaging.The results show that transfer learning is suitable for the modified Vietnamese x-ray imaging data as compared to the pre-trained API models.Moreover,we also explored and analyzed four transfer learning models and two pre-trained API models with our datasets in terms of accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity.
