本发明涉及光纤耦合技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效率的叠阵型半导体激光器,包括激光源、光束整形组件、会聚透镜、鲍威尔棱镜组件和光纤;所述激光源发出的光束经过光束整形组件进行整形;整形后的光束经会聚透镜会聚,会聚后光束经过鲍威尔棱镜组件进行光束整形可以耦合进光纤的光束。本发明系统结构简单,便于操作,减少了操作步骤,光纤耦合效率达到84.3%。
