    • 摘要: TIME,Immunity,Prognosis,BioinformaticsThis study used transcriptome and epigenetic data to predict the prognosis of immune-related genes(IRGs)Apelin(APLN)in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).The TCGA database has gene expression and clinical data for HCC.And DNA methylation 450 k data for HCC was download from the University of California Santa Cruz(UCSC)Xena browser.Performing clinical and prognostic analysis of APLN expression,results show that APLN is highly expressed in tumor samples.And it has an increasing trend with the development of clinical stage and T stage.To explore the prognostic role of APLN,the Immune-related DNA methylation(DNAm)sites associated with APLN analyzed by bioinformatics.Univariate COX screened the methylation sites that are related to both APLN and survival.The risk score related to methylation site signature was determined according to their least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)coefficients.Then the patients were divided into high-risk groups and low-risk groups.Significant differences in overall survival(OS)were found in the training cohort.Nomogram shows that APLN or methylation signature can effectively predict the prognosis of HCC patients.In summary,APLN may be a diagnostic and prognostic marker for HCC.

    • 摘要: Dignity is a key category in Marxist political philosophy.Marx criticized the realistic predicament caused by the materialization of human dignity in the capitalist society and indicated that the core of dignity lies in the manifestation and confirmation by means of labor,and time is one dimension for the measurement of labor.Hence,free time,lifetime,and emotional time are important paths and key characteristics to realize and safeguard dignity.The capitalist mode and relations of production cannot fundamentally realize human dignity.The realization of human dignity requires constructing a social system and public space and the full development of social conditions in all directions,for society is the fundamental way to realize and safeguard human dignity.Marx regarded the recognition of protecting dignity and worth for all people as the ultimate goal of realizing a life with dignity.Fully interpreting the concept of dignity in Marxism is of positive significance for building a better life.

    • 摘要: In 1937, Paul Dirac proposed Large Number Hypothesis and Hypothesis of Variable Gravitational Constant, and later added notion of Continuous Creation of Matter in the World. Hypersphere World-Universe Model (WUM) follows these ideas, albeit introducing different mechanism of Matter creation. In this paper, we show that WUM is a natural continuation of Classical Physics. WUM is proposed as an alternative to prevailing Big Bang Model (BBM) that relies on General Relativity. WUM and BBM are principally different Models: 1) Instead of Initial Singularity with infinite energy density and extremely rapid expansion of spacetime (Inflation) in BBM;in WUM, there was Fluctuation (4D Nucleus of World with extrapolated radius equal to basic size unit of a) in Eternal Universe with finite extrapolated energy density (~104 less than nuclear density) and finite expansion of Nucleus in Its fourth spatial dimension with speed c that is gravitodynamic constant;2) Instead of alleged practically Infinite Homogeneous and Isotropic Universe around Initial Singularity in BBM;in WUM, 3D Finite Boundless World (Hypersphere of 4D Nucleus) presents Patchwork Quilt of various Luminous Superclusters (≧103), which emerged in different places of World at different Cosmological times. Medium of World, consisting of protons, electrons, photons, neutrinos, and dark matter particles, is Homogeneous and Isotropic. Distribution of Macroobjects is spatially Inhomogeneous and Anisotropic and temporally Non-simultaneous. Most direct observational evidence of validity of WUM are: 1) Microwave Background Radiation and Intergalactic Plasma speak in favor of existence of Medium;2) Laniakea Supercluster with binding mass ~1017M⊙ is home to Milky Way (MW) and ~105 other nearby galaxies, which did not start their movement from Initial Singularity;3) MW is gravitationally bounded with Virgo Supercluster (VS) and has Orbital Angular Momentum that far exceeds its rotational angular momentum;4) Mass-to-light ratio of VS is ~300 times larger than that of Solar ratio. Similar ratios are obtained for other superclusters. These ratios are main arguments in favor of presence of significant amounts of Dark Matter in the World. 5) Astronomers discovered the most distant galaxy HD1 that is ~13.5 Bly away. WUM predicts discovery of galaxies with a distance of ~13.8 Bly. Medium of World, Dark Matter, and Angular Momentum are main Three Pillars of WUM.

    • 摘要: MOST people make several phone calls a day and very few keep records of the date and time.But the call made between Austrian physicist Anton Zeilinger,who won the Nobel Prize in phys­ics this year,and Bai Chunli,then president of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),on September 29,2017,has gone down in the annals of quantum science as the first intercon­tinental quantum-secure communication video call.Bai was in Beijing and Zeilinger in Vienna,and the communication was possible through a sophisticated Chinese research satel­lite named Micius,the world’s first quantum communication satellite developed and launched into orbit by the CAS just the year before.

    • 摘要: Except for the speed of photons in vacuum, all speeds are relative. Could we develop an absolute scale for speed in which relative values for speed may be arbitrarily positioned and compared in absolute terms? The currently accepted definition for the meter as the distance covered by photons in vacuum during 1/299,792,458 s, and the view that the greater a material particle is accelerated towards c, the greater time dilation and length contraction will be, suggest that anything disturbing one of the four spacetime dimensions may affect the other three as well. One hypothetical experiment, one real experiment performed in the 1970s, and one experiment from a different field of science are discussed to propose that both time and velocity are only partially relative. In the first experiment, person A is standing still on the Earth’s surface, and person B is onboard a train passing by person A at the constant speed of 60 km/h (as measured by person B on the train’s speedometer). Persons A and B define two distinct inertial frames of reference, which correspond to two different spacetime conditions and which are therefore characterized by comparatively different lengths of the meter and durations of the second, as predicted by the Lorentz factor. Therefore, if person B onboard the train measures the train’s speed relative to person A as 60 km/h, a simple calculation will show that person A will perceive the train passing by at 59.99999999999981455834 km/h. If we consider the speed of photons in vacuum (c = 299,792,458 m/s) as a universal reference, and if we consider that the greater a material particle is accelerated towards c, the greater time dilation and length contraction will be, then person C, occupying an independent, distinct inertial frame of reference, will be unable to determine persons A and B’s absolute speeds, but may infer which one is moving at a speed closer to c by comparing, with his own meter and second, the durations of the second and the lengths of the meter experienced by persons A and B. The relativity of time may not be complete due to the bias that derives from the limit imposed on spacetime by c and the Lorentz factor, causing relativity to be partial. The second and third experiments further help understand this partiality.

    • 摘要: Time and space are two very important basic concepts in philosophy and nature.In special relativity we proved that there are necessarily two symmetrical topological structures separated by the light-cone,which includes the generalized Lorentz transformation(GLT)for the spacelike interval,in which phase velocity is superluminal.Based on quantum entanglement as new fifth interaction,we research a simple superluminal entangled communication,whose key is to establish two mutually entangled particles or devices Alice(A)and Bob(B).We observe and control the information of A position,and then can know the corresponding results of the other B.This is not to send directly information each other.It may be superluminal,and should agree and test GLT.Moreover,we research some new possible developments of time and space,such as the fractal dimension extended to the complex dimension,the higher dimensional time,and the arrow of time.A generalized Noether’s theorem is proposed.In quantum theory,we search the higher dimensional complex space in supersymmetry,and the space-time operators.

    • 摘要: In this paper an extensive amount of evidence is presented that our genome,and in particular the DNA acts as a quantum computer.The human genome contains approximately 3 billion A-T and G-C base pairs,which reside in the 23 pairs of chromosomes within the nucleus of all our cells.And it estimated that only a fraction(about 4%)of these base pairs is involved in the synthesis of proteins.The prevailing scientific view is that the remainder of the DNA is just“junk”.Here is presented a great deal of evidence about the electronic as well as the quantum mechanical properties of DNA,and once it is accepted that the DNA is an electronic medium,which is operating over and above the mere synthesis of proteins,then it is but a short step to surmise that all that so-called junk DNA is actually capable of storing a sufficient amount of data to generate an entire universe.Given the fact then that our universe is computer generated and virtual,that makes us,indeed all living creatures,pseudophysical robots,and certain properties of our universe such as Gravity and Time purely fictitious.From this point of view then the famous discourse in Thus Spoke Zarathustra“Of the Vision and the Riddle”becomes readily explainable.Zarathustra talks about the Spirit of Gravity as a dwarf that has jumped on his back and is oppressing him.It then jumps off his back and he is able to see our supposedly physical life for what it is-a fiction,and illusion.Likewise the now,the current moment in time in which we are living is referred to as the“gateway”between a fictitious computer-generated past and a hypothetical,as yet undetermined future.An explanation is also given for“eternal recurrence”.Nietzsche is prophesizing that genetic technology will advance to the point where we humans will be cloned from our DNA when we die,and we will be able to live an infinite number of lifetimes.We will be reincarnated.

    • 摘要: We show that as the dimensions of the Multiverse increase so does its density. This increase in density has the effect of decreasing the speed of light, slowing down time, and increasing the life span of each higher dimension and the life span of human beings occupying that higher dimension. We use the tenth dimension as the highest dimension as a special case but show that it is not possible to exactly determine its value because of varying factors that can end the Multiverse, sending all the Energy back into the original levels of the Quantum of the void that started the creation process.
