    • 摘要: 提出了一种基于体布拉格光栅(VBG)和横向啁啾体布拉格光栅(TCVBG)组合的双光栅外腔半导体激光器,该外腔半导体激光器采用反射率15%的体光栅和反射率17%的啁啾体布拉格光栅作为反馈元件和模式选择元件,实现特定波长的选择和调谐,实验研究了外腔激光器的功率-电流特性、光谱特性和波长调谐特性.实验结果表明:双光栅外腔半导体激光器最大输出功率为1.96 W,斜率效率为0.94 W/A,外腔效率达到78%.输出光谱为双波长,一个波长为808.6 nm,另一个波长连续可调,通过改变横向啁啾体光栅的位置,该波长可从800 nm调谐至815 nm,可调范围达15 nm,在整个可调范围内两个波长的谱线宽度(FWHM)均小于0.3 nm.%A double grating external cavity semiconductor laser based on a volume Bragg grating (VBG) and a transversely chirped volume Bragg grating (TCVBG) were reported.The external cavity semiconductor laser consisted of a VBG with the reflectivity of 15% and a TCVBG with the reflectivity of 17%,which function as feedback element and mode selection element to achieve specific wavelength selection and wavelength tuning.The power,spectral and wavelength tuning characteristics of external cavity laser semiconductor using VBG and TCVBG were demonstrated.The experimental results indicate that an output power of 1.96 W is obtained with the slop efficiency of 0.94 W/A,which corresponds to the efficiency of 78% compared to the output power in free-running LD.A dual-wavelength was achieved with the linewidth down to 0.3 nm,and one wavelength of 808.6 nm was stabilized,and by adjusting the position of the chirped volume Bragg grating in the transverse direction,another wavelength was tuned in a 15 nm wavelength tunable range from 800 nm to 815 nm.

    • 摘要: 在铷原子气室中实现了饱和吸收谱稳频法和消多普勒的双色谱稳频法,以给在建的原子干涉重力仪系统选择合适的激光稳频方法.介绍了两种稳频方法的基本原理及实验细节.通过调整光路设计、自制低噪声光电探测器以及应用数字锁定模块,获得了良好的鉴频误差信号.每种方法都搭建了两套稳频系统并在3000 s采集时间内保持锁定.激光器在经饱和吸收法和消多普勒双色谱法锁定后,激光频率波动分别为16.2 kHz和31.4 kHz,相应于在10 s采样时间下分别获得4.21×10-11和8.18×10-11的频率稳定度;相比之下,激光器自由运转时,频率波动和稳定度分别为629 kHz和1.64×10-9.在原子重力仪系统小型化的需求下详述了两种稳频方法的优缺点,比较而得消多普勒的双色谱稳频法在原子干涉重力仪的小型化模块化发展方向不失为具有潜力的一种选择.%In order to choose appropriate frequency stabilization method in the atom gravimeter system under construction, Doppler-free dichroic atomic vapor laser lock (Doppler-free DAVLL) and saturated absorption spectroscopy (SAS) method were implemented on Rubidium atomic vapor. Basic principle and experimental details of both frequency stabilization methods were introduced. With restructuring of optical path and applying of self-made low noise photoelectric detector as well as digital lock module, excellent error signal was obtained. For each method, two sets of locking system were built and kept locked during 3000 s′ data acquisition . A frequency fluctuation of 629 kHz when the laser is free running and of 16.2 kHz & 31.4 kHz after locked by SAS and Doppler-free DAVLL were calculated respectively, corresponding to a frequency stability of 1.64 ×10-9 in the condition of free running and 4.21 ×10-11 &8.18 ×10-11 after locked for averaging time of 10 s. The strength and weakness of both methods were elaborated with the demand of system miniaturization. After compared with SAS, Doppler-free DAVLL isconsidered to be a promising choice for miniaturization and modularization in atom interferometry gravimeter.

    • 摘要: 为了讨论三腔镜近似或耦合腔近似两种等效腔模型对计算光纤光栅外腔半导体激光器等效反射率等参量的近似程度,挑选出最优的理论模型,采用数值计算的方法进行模拟仿真,得到了两种模型在采用切趾光纤Bragg光栅和非切趾光纤Bragg光栅情况下的阈值增益等特性曲线.结果表明,在采用切趾光纤Bragg光栅,特别是切趾深度较大的情况下,采用三腔镜近似模型更加符合实际情况.此研究结果对分析和设计单纵模光纤光栅外腔半导体激光器具有一定的参考价值.%In order to discuss approximation degree of calculating equivalent reflectivity and other parameters of the fiber Bragg grating external cavity laser diode by using two equivalent cavity models of the three cavity mirrors approximation or the coupled cavity approximation and choose the best one, the threshold gain characteristic curves of two approximation models by using apodized fiber Bragg grating and normal fiber Bragg grating were gotten after numerical caculation and simulation.Numerical analysis results show that three cavity mirrors approximate model is more in line with the actual situation when using the apodized fiber Bragg grating.This conclusion has the reference in analysing and designing single longitudinal mode fiber grating external cavity semiconductor laser.

    • 摘要: 在三腔镜近似的条件下,利用等效腔模型,完成了光纤光栅外腔半导体激光器(FBG-ECL)的理论建模。利用光纤布拉格光栅相关理论,对FBG-ECL模型进行了修正,着重考虑了光纤布拉格光栅的反射率分布、中心波长偏移以及边模抑制比对FBG-ECL性能的影响。对FBG-ECL的等效反射率、阈值增益和线宽特性进行了数值分析。结果表明,在考虑光纤布拉格光栅中心波长与设计波长偏移量、光栅反射率分布以及边模抑制比后,等效腔理论模型更加符合实际情况,可以更为准确地分析实际情况中FBG-ECL的相关特性,对设计应用于FBG-ECL的光纤光栅有一定的指导意义。%One-dimensional model of the fiber Bragg grating external cavity semiconductor laser (FBG-ECL)has been found in this paper using equivalent cavity model which is under the circumstance of three cativy mirrors. We corrected the traditional model and numerical analysed with the theories of fiber Bragg grating. We paied our attention to the reflectivity distribution,central wavelength and side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR )of fiber Bragg grating,and numercal analised equeivalent reflectivity,threshold gaind and linewidth of the FBG-ECL.The result of the analysis showed that it has more correspondence to reality when taking into account the reflectivity distribution of fiber gratings.

    • 摘要: 为了实现光纤光栅外腔半导体激光器良好的单纵模输出,通过加入空气间隙区改进了基于射线法的光纤光栅外腔半导体激光器理论模型,并结合稳态速率方程研究了小注入情况下,光纤端面反射率对激光器输出特性的影响。仿真结果表明,在光纤端面反射率与光栅反射率可比拟的情况下,减小光纤端面反射率,可增大主模与其他波长模式的损耗差异,加强光纤光栅的选模作用,更好的实现单纵模输出,但同时也会增大激光器的阈值电流。
